Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Not to mention the Chitauri and Loki were pee wee league compared to Zod, the kryptonians and the world engine :lol

Loki is nothing compared to imbecility exhibited by the Chitauri aliens. They are an "advanced alien race’’ who has basically ******* war technology than the humans. They look scary with their CGI faces and with their flying dog-fish rape-child vessels, but they have no firepower. The only alien firepower we see in this movie are small laser guns from the Chitauri soldiers. And their crappy offensive capabilities are only surpassed by their medieval defense system... aka no defense at all.

Their soldiers have no armor or protection! In fact, Black Widow with her handguns of pure **** is able to take them down one after the other. And their superior space Mothership has no defense of its own either – taking a nuke in its face with no anti-missile system....even in Star Trek they have a defense system, and that ship is not even a war space ship:lol

And as if it couldn't get worse , when the Mothership is destroyed it sends a signal to all soldiers’ brain to stop functioning because that's practical, right? Take down one ship with zero defense and the entire army on the ground that is till putting up a fight dies!!

In fact, had the Avengers not been there, the U.S. would have launched a nuke on New York city and the shock-wave would have traveled inside the space portal and destroyed the Mothership anyway (since the portal does not close automatically) :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl :exactly:

Best craigslist army ever.

I hope Loki got a refund.

Yeah, I guess Loki was impressed by the giant alien sperm whales that can be taken down with a single punch from Hulk and have zero defense mechanism or offensive weapons like machine guns and laser...but hey, why would they need such things in a war or in a global invasion against an unknown enemy, right? Flying around aimlessly waiting for Hulk to arrive in a scooter and transform is a great strategy anyway, what could go wrong?

He teleported the same way Lois Lane used her teleportation powers to show up at the museum just in time to watch Superman kill Zod, even though they ware flying all over the city for ten minutes, went to space and then landed on some random museum. :lol ...sorry, GasparZizou. I couldn't help it :monkey3

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Who brought the Kryptonians and World Engine to Earth?

The US government was messing with the alien ship, as a result it got his attention, which led to him using the ship, which got the Kryptonian's attention, but he still didn't destroy the city. :dunno

That's like blaming Thor for Loki showing up on Earth, but Tony Stark creates Ultron...but I'm sure fanboys will forget that when Ultron destroys New York again :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Who brought the Kryptonians and World Engine to Earth?

Yeah, shame on him for being rocketed to Kansas when he was an infant, and for having the audacity to try to find out why, out of 6 billion people, he could defy the laws of physics.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Didn't the Asgardians put the Tesseract on Earth?

Did Thor declare himself a symbol of hope? No, he shut up and humbly took orders from humans. He also chose to die as a result of the destruction he inadvertently caused instead of making others pay the ultimate price in a fit of rage.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Did Superman declare himself a symbol of hope? No, he said his big chest S meant hope on Krypton, then he shut up and humbly surrendered to humans. He also came up with a plan to send the enemy and their destructive power back to where they came from and had to kill the last of his kind to save a family.
:exactly:

A fit of rage? Isn't that how Thor got to earth? :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yep.

Thor in a fit of rage: Calling his dad an old meanie.

Hopeman, when confronted with the possibility of even more innocent lives being lost by a mad man with nothing to lose: Snap. Dead.

Yup. Nailed it.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

"Humbly surrendered to humans." :lol
I know, it's funny cause it's true :lol

Btw, what happened in Thor was just the beginning, the cube was the reason for the Chitauri to come to Earth, and it's the reason Thanos is coming too, and it's probably the reason Ultron became self-aware... The Asgardians are the equivalent to Jor-El.

But I know you'll rationalize that into seeming different things because Marvel.

Yep.

Thor in a fit of rage: Almost ignites an interplanetary war, calling his dad an old meanie, provoking his own banishment to earth, unleashing the previously mentioned destruction.

Hopeman in a fit of rage: Snap. Dead.Family Saved.
There...

Thor and the Asgardians are responsible for Loki, The Chitauri, Ultron, Thanos and the end of the universe and Kim Jong Un is responsible for Spiderman joining the Avengers..:lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I don't know about Fantastic Four yet, and yes ASM2 was crap, but the amount of characters wasn't one of it's faults, also that's far from the point, the point is that DC puts together several characters in one movie, there will be people who moan, and pretty much everything DC (and Fox for that matter) does, people will moan, but as soon as Marvel does the exact same thing, and I mean literally the exact same thing, being ****** costumes, ****** movies, *******ization of the characters, or whatever, then it's suddenly okay :lol it's so shameless it's hilarious

:goodpost: spot on.

Marvel brown-nosers? :lol Because Fantastic Four and Sony Spiderman threads aren't trainwrecks? Adorable. :lol Those places are death traps.

He means Marvel Studio brown nosers. Fantastic Four is getting a lot of guff for changing one of the characters skin colour. Marvel did the exact same several times and the heat only lasted a few weeks, if at all, before people forgave it. Marvel have changed almost all of their villains for the screen and people are fine with it but Fox does the same with Doom and it's not okay. You can say it's because Marvel earned their trust, but they were changing things from day one and with their recent successful comic book movies Fox should be given the same benefit of the doubt

X-Men Days of Future Past thread was the same until the movie came out and cleaned up, people bitching about changes to the source while accepting Marvels changes from the source at the same time.

It's blatent bias hypocrisy
