I think the perfect Lex Luthor has to be charismatic and likable, even if he's evil. He has to be super confident and have a strong presence whenever he's in a scene. He has to be charming but also cold and a little scary at times. My choice for Luthor is Denzel Washington.

I'm usually against changing the look of the characters, but he would be the exception. I also like Billy Zane.
