I mean yeah. Angry Clark works for a newspaper, all he would have to do is post "Angry Wayne is Angry Batman" on the front page.
End of story.

a message from snap city. :lol

I already hate this movie, and this clip solidifies it. If this isn't some kind of dream sequence, or red kryptonite induced, or some sort of alt reality, then no thanks. I realize they've changed Superman in MOS, but the Superman I know wouldn't handcuff people and look like he's about to kill each of them.

It's a dream sequence, chill. Superman isn't going to be a bad guy. This is probably one of Bruce Wayne's fears, he'll probably wake up in a cold sweat after Superman rips his heart out or something.

Agreed, I don't care about Superman after MoS though. All this movie has to do is sell me on is Batman and his conflicting ideologies and a few kick ass sequences and I'm game. If the Batman aspect of it sucks, **** the entire thing.

That said, I'm not going to write off Cavill completely based on one scene. I do think there's . . . hope, for this Superman. And hey, at least he doesn't have a lame British accent!

Light hearted and fun like WS and Capt tag teaming on Iron Man.

Wait, that didn't sound right. Well, wait it does. It is Marvel after all.
Ironically, the DC comics I read as a kid like World's Finest Comics were usually more light-hearted and fantastic than the Marvel stuff like X-Men. Of course, there were exceptions, but I still don't think Superman lends himself to a dark, depressing movie. Batman, yes. And I have to admit that I love watching Batfleck's reactions and movements in the little teaser here, even if I have to enjoy it totally out of context.

Dream sequence and a good one at that....this is gonna be a great film....I agree Batman is the glue that will hold this new DC film universe together- it has to work with him to be a success. I think from what I've seen Affleck has calmed any doubts...

I do like how Affleck looked and behaved in the cowl. I got kind of an unsettling "Zach Snyder's Watchmen" vibe watching him in that clip, and I mean that in a good way. I got the impression that Batfleck knows he's a little off his own rocker, and is self-aware enough to know that the cowl is a bit on the ridiculous side, but he doesn't care, it's his outfit, he owns it, and he absolutely will take you down while wearing it if you get in his way. I don't know, I guess I like the whole thing that they've got going with him so far.

Seems like rehash of the nightmare scene from MOS...now it's Batman's turn, next will be Wonder Woman, and then Luthor will have a nightmare about going bald or something.

It kind of had an Injustice vibe too it. A dictator Superman, controlling armies and all. I think that scene was ****ing fantastic. It created some heavy tension. I'm a fanboy that always goes Batman over Superman; but even that scene had me accept that Superman, if not controlled, can ****ing destroy you. You really have to consider how hard it was on the Kents to lead Clark on a good path.

No but Cavill is doing a strange American one, you yanks wouldn't understand. :lol

Clip was pretty cool, but I'm not even kidding when I say I thought Bruce Wayne was blind after Sups takes his mask off, Affleck's acting and facial expressions really reminded me of Daredevil when Kingpin takes his mask off :lol
