That may very well be true. For example, I've seen folks call Tony a villain, and while the books don't necessarily support this, depending on your POV, it has legs to stand on. Like I said, with writers changing so often, and characters appearing in multiple medias for decades, after a while you start amalgamating them. I do it sometimes anyway.

I'm not innocent of having my own headcanon, they're often better than official canons anyway :lol

Hell, these days, headcanons are more official than the editorial approved retcons. I mean, Tony is adopted, but, he turns out to look exactly like Howard and he's an engineering genius, just like him? Not to mention his alien engineered half-brother. Or Teen-Tony... Or Mjolnir now being able to "transform" into actual people and talk and think through them. I'm talking "full-on human intelligence" levels.

Isn't the Cosmic Cube a sentient being now too? And probably a mix of about 14 progressive minority races/genders/sexual orientations?

I can't wait to find out that Cap's shield has been self-aware for decades and that it's been controlling Steve's body like a puppet, including speaking through him.

Well, there was that time the Shaper and the Beyonder (or was that the Molecule Man?) merged to create a Cosmic Cube, so there's that. Currently, the Cube is a white little girl who's been indoctrinated by the Red Skull. No new on hir's (I'm taking the Miracleman approach) sexuality, about I'm guessing she'll be a pansexual otherkin...

Mjolnir has displayed intelligence before, in some capacities, but in Mighty Thor #11...

It created a body double for Jane Foster, so that she could appear as Thor, and it as Jane, in order to throw off some SHIELD Agents who were close to uncovering her Secret ID. And throughout the issue, the construct acted like a real human being. And then it said to Jane that she's awesome and great and stuff.

Rosenbaum was a refreshing take on the character. I also liked the older version of Luthor on the Superboy tv show.

Never seen the show.

Yeah, hints of intelligence and choice, you said full human form with I'm assuming social skills. **** that, I'm guessing I'm not going back to read Thor any time soon.

Yeah, the "human construct" was pretty much a perfect human copy. It even performed a mini surgery on Jane.
