I saw this back when it came out and I really loved it. I may have been one of the only ones. I personally felt it captured the "grimdark" DC Comics of the early 90s I loved as a kid, and I also thought the music was eerie and unsettling, like a Kubrick movie or 12 Monkeys. I loved it.

I saw it again a few weeks later with a friend of mine and his girlfriend/mistress. (He's married.) He'd been fighting with his wife and she called him in the middle of the movie and he left. So I was alone with his girlfriend. Who is a cute 21 year old Japanese girl. Well....something weird happened. I started rubbing her legs. And it kind of escalated. So for the brunt of this nearly 3 hour movie I was feeling this hot girl's legs and thighs. I couldn't concentrate on re-watching the movie AT ALL. Did I violate the bro code? Yeah, probably. But dude is married! With a baby! He shouldn't be messing around anyway.

So. Months pass. The extended edition is released. I can't bring myself to watch it. Everytime I see this movie mentioned, all I can think about is my hands up and down and all over this girl's legs. Argh. So frustrating.

I finally watched it tonight, some 6 months or so after the fact.

The movie was pretty much as I remembered it. I have to be completely honest, the added bits were so minor I barely noticed them, and I don't think they really added very much of anything to the story. Still like the movie though.

Wonder Woman is beautiful and amazing. But Mercy is still my favorite, for obvious reasons. Yeah, she's a little thin...but I dig it. Oh man she's hot.
