I also thought of a video game when I first saw it. Considering Snyder is directing, perhaps that is appropriate though.

Yeah, I was against "World's Finest" initially, but since they used a subtitle anyway, why not just "Batman v Superman: World's Finest"?


I wasn't that far off when I jokingly said "call it Justice League Begins".

This whole thing is simple. They couldn't ditch the title now anymore because they're WAY too late announcing the title anyway when the name BvsS stuck so much.

But for marketing reasons they miss a PR moment in not having an official title announcement so they said **** it and not only added a redundant subtitle, they added a subtitle that's nothing but extra marketing.

The title is in essence 'stuck with it now: marketing'

A friend pointed the simple humor out to me that Dawn Of Justice: Batman v Superman actually sounds a lot better.

I don't want to be that guy but i just don't see how this sequel can be great seeing as how things are being thrown together so fast. As far as tone, i have no idea what these producers are aiming for especially after viewing the new Bat suit which looks so comic bookish. I actually like the Bat suit but in terms of tone and practicality, does it truly fit in with the MOS universe?

I don't get why they didn't just say MoS2 was called Batman versus Superman and the 2017 JL film was called Dawn of Justice...

Obviously the idea is that Batman is the main antagonist.

They'll probably be forced to reconcile because of something Lex is ****ing around with. Perhaps their struggle will yield Lex into being chosen as president via a strong anti-vigilante campaign.

I have NO ****ing idea what this film will be except that at some point, apparently, Batman fights Superman.
