Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

He saved the planet. In war there are always casualties.

For sure, but I'm basing my comment on the stupidity of certain few (usually the media) They demonize the hero and glorify the villain.

With Luthor being the powerhouse he is, he may sway the media to be that way.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

He saved the whole world populated by humans. How again was he not concerned with saving humans?

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yeah, it's not like he saved Lois, his mom,the soldier, Col. Hardy, the family and the rest of Metropolis and Smallville...

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Good point. I guess he was only not concerned with the lives of Smallville and Metropolis residents.
Do you honestly believe that?

I mean, joking aside, do you honestly believe he did not care about the lives of the civilians of Smallville and Metropolis? Do you really think he wanted them to die, or intentionally didn't save all of them?

There was no way he could have saved every last person. He was fighting three Kryptonians with far more experience than him, who had a giant doomsday terraforming machine...not to mention he had only recently learned the true potential of his powers.

Didn't he even snap Zod's neck to save that family?

Still don't understand where this "complaint" comes from.

I wouldn't be surprised if Luthor isn't behind the statue. I think Luthor is going to start off friendly to Clark.

A minor ***** in your point - he saves that one soldier who falls from the helicopter which is clearly going down....and then he ignores the helicopter which still had like 3 people in it. Luckily enough they manage to survive the crash but no thanks to Superman.

Ignore =/= Being suckerpunched from the back by another demigod.

As soon as he put the soldier down Nam-Ek KO'd him, he didn't just punch him, he took him out of the fight for a moment.

You sure? Because I know this jarred with me on the very first viewing. ''the ****! The chopper is crashing save the other guys!!''

The only time I kinda think he could have done more, was when Zod kicked the Lex Corp gas truck at him and he just dodged it, and looked back like a moron like thinking "****, maybe I should have stopped that"... :lol it looked cool but it would have been a little more serviceable if he stopped it, but then again, he was a noobler, he made a couple piss poor choices and I'm ok with that, it makes sense, but for the sake of the 1st movie, I hope Batman addresses that in a very sarcastic scold to Supes.
