Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

In the real world or in comic book world? A world an Amazonian superwoman with a truth lasso?

:goodpost: Unfortunately this is WB, who's trying to cement these flamboyant superbeings into "gritty realism." :lol

:lol

Listen man, I admire your blind enthusiasm, it's cool to be so into something that you can't tell whether it's **** or not.
We've all been there.

:lol:rotfl:lol:rotfl:lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Not disagreeing with that, just responding to the multiple choice options presented.
Although the Facebook thing is a bit obvious really isn't it? Considering the actor involved. How much brainstorming did that take?
:lol

That's like me saying "Clint Eastwood should be Jonah Hex" or "Marlon Brando would've made a great Falcone." Point being: both of those things would've been awesome, so, if you're casting for a specific type of role, may as well go to the source.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

No, it's much lazier than that.

"Who was in that Facebook billionaire movie again?" Oh yeah him, hire him, that what we want.

More like, "strip everything away from Luther that doesn't look or resemble Luther, confidence, strength, brilliant intellect, etc. Now, who resembles what's left?"

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Snyder should just ask Robert Zemeckis to borrow his Delorean, and they can pull Telly Savalas back to the present day and have him play Luthor.:lecture

Well everyone wanted Cranston to play Lex, which would have been equally lazy--"Hey, who is that bald genius guy, who's totally evil and ****? Oh yeah, Walter White. Hire that mother****er!" But lazy or not, it would have been great casting in my eyes :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

But do the curtains match the drapes?

More like "does the merkin match the drapes?"

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Merkins?, Drapes? Curtains, Wigs?
At last this thread has reached it's full potential.
:lol

TBH, Luthor could look like this...

... and I wouldn't care one damn bit because the actor is perfect.

:dunno

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Why don't they just be done with it & paint him up like the ****ing clown then. :lol

Nervous ticks, stuttering, introvertizoid Iceberg Luthor - can't wait. :monkey1
