And no one noticed he was dead until the end of the film? WTF? Perry found out about it when he read his own newspaper :lol

:lol :lol

I do have a question

So when superman comes back he cannot ever be Clark again?

As silly as the movie was it was kind of cool in Superman IV when he kept appearing as Superman in the penthouse and then disappearing and flying around to the front door as Clark over and over to make that one chick think that both Clark and Supes were in the same place.

Do his clothes actually transform in the Snyderverse? Or is it a real outfit that is separate from his normal clothes? I can't think of any transitionary scenes off the top of my head.

That's his signature heroic moment.

We will know when Snyder's Superman finally becomes how most want him to be when he runs down the street and opens his shirt revealing his Hope sign.

Superman Returns dropped the ball hard with his running S reveal. :slap

Didn't he loosen his tie at the Lex party when he saw the news about the burning building? I do miss seeing him rip the shirt.

It was cool when Jor El did it in MOS.

I hope when he comes back he has long hair and a red and yellow jock strap.

How so? I'm not disputing, I just can't really remember how it went.

It was just a less dramatic rehash of the '78 scene.

Re:that Cage pict- Man, Superman dodged his biggest bullet with that project. Not a bad looking suit but that face..
Hopefully some studio execs lost their jobs.

There's actually a great documentary on that Burton/Cage flick. I don't think anybody lost their jobs. The studio finally just decided to dump all the money from that budget into Wild Wild West. :lol

"The Death of Superman Lives?" I saw that a couple months ago. It was actually pretty interesting and other than Cage looking like an ***** kind of made me want to watch the movie they'd been developing. Some of their ideas were so insane they were actually kind of awesome. :lol

And the giant spider :lol

Kevin Smith may not be the greatest filmmaker but he does know how to tell a story. :lol

It was a fascinating look into how nuts the industry is. Jon Peters laying on his couch while the screenwriters read the scripts aloud to him? :lol

How did Will Smiths career survive that?
