I really dug how Anders didn't fire on the Cylon Raider and questions what part of him held back and why.

With more into that, the known 7 models don't know too much about the final 5 (or what six said, they're programmed not to think about them). If the known 7 didn't program the centurian raiders not to fire on anders and the final 5, I'm wondering if the LAST unknown cylon programmed that into the centurians.

Honestly, I think it would be nuts if Admiral Adama was a cylon. I'm hoping it's him. I think poor Sam is going to get one between the eyes when Kara finds out he's a cylon. Was interesting that they showed Anders and the centurian flying meet. Did he force them to leave? Or did the centurian read a code that was programmed in anders? Going to be an interesting final season.

I think it would show that it's not just your genetic makeup that makes you into a cyclon, it's your choices. seems to be an ongoing theme of the show

I can't see Admiral Adama as a Cylon because he's got a human kid. Unless they wend back and killed or captured the real one and the one on Galactica is a replacment.
Personally I think it's Roslin, and it'll be revealed when she dies of cancer.

I'm not reading any of your spoilers but I finished off season 2 and 2.5 over the weekend and should have 3 done in the next few days. I'm then looking forward to watching Season 4 and joining in on the discussion.

All I have to say is what took me so long!?!? This is one fantastic series. I can't tell you how much I'm enjoying it. It's got me hooked.

I'm rewatching all the episodes myself. I watched the first 5 last night and now I'm really tired.....

I don't think it's going to be either Roslin nor Adm Adama. It's interesting to note that the four are in key position within the fleet to do some serious decapitating damage, gather intel or take over leadership: XO to the Fleet Admiral, Primary Aid to the President, Chief of the fighter wing, and a Pilot. Anders seems lowest on the rung, but after the run-in with the Raider, maybe that'll change.

Having a kid doesn't mean anything now. Athena had a child and so did Chief (unless that's not his baby). So it could be Adama and Lee is a hybrid!

But I don't think that's it.

I still think it's Starbuck. For no other reason, how else would Starbuck have been able to doodle the eye of Jupiter (?) since she was a child?

I don't know how much information is really there to support this but does anyone else think the show will end with or at least the future is the complete and permanent blending of humans and cylons? Its something that keeps coming to mind anytime I see the visions with Hera and Roslyn and the Cylons.

Could be. Or it could be be something as simple as a first directive "do no harm to cylons". Interesting wither way.

I doubt we'll see Adama or Roslin as a cylon. Why have their seconds as cylons then? The writers of this show are so good, this is going to be something no one sees coming.

I'm thinking the Cylon trap was designed to destroy anyone entering the area who doesn't send a final-five-Cylon recognition signal or whatever the hell that was that was communicated by Anders.

So I'm rewatching the first season, and on the 7th episode, one of the cylons claim that adama is a cylon. I know that they lie a lot and double-talk, but the writers do want to drop little hints about the future in past episodes. I found that kinda interesting...

Your right, I forgot about Chief. I can kinda understand the lack of attention to Chief's kid since only recently has he been reveled as a Cylon, but if Adama had a Hybrid way back with Lee, then why is Athena's baby so damn important?
Q's right about the important proximity of the final four, and the Cylons couldn't have predicted that Roslin would've been the only Government official left after the attack to assume Presidency, so it's probably not Roslin.

One thing I'm sure of, we've seen the fifth Cylon by now, we just don't know who.

Four out of the final 5 have been in important positions with the humans. It would be interesting to have Duala be a cyclon, with her relationship with Apollo, one of the most senior of the military and son of the commander.

Could it really be Roslin? I thought Cylon's couldn't get cancer? But since it's the final Cylon, it's gotta be someone big doesn't it? Most people I would assume would speculate that it's going to be either Apollo, Adama, Starbuck or Roslin so I'm sure they're going to pull something out of their hats. I wouldn't discount it being Baltar either.

What about Helo? That would really show the importance of Hera's birth and that Cylon's can procreate. Although that wouldn't tie in well to my theory that Cylon's and Humans will live together in the end.

That was awesome when Tigh shot Adama, that really caught me off guard.

My guess is on Gaeta. Would make sense, too since number 3 apologized. Or she apologized to Tigh for taking his eye, who knows.

Baltar is definitely part of this in some way, Cylon or not. Tonight, seeing himself like that... It's getting pretty interesting there.

We've seen Baltar get with Caprica Six, Head Six, Starbuck, Caprica Six & a Xena Cylon, one of the religious zealots (Lucy?), and now Tory. Since he seems to sleep with cylons, odds are good the last cylon is either Starbuck or the religious zealot.
