And quite frankly...it seems to me that giving the newsletter subscribers first shot at them is no different than letting attendees have an advanced shot at them. Excluding non-newsletter subscribers is no different than excluding CC non-attendees. It is the chance to order early that is the perk...not the exclusive figure.

I don't know if I'd say skewed but I'd like to counter this statement. I think newsletter membership privileges and convention attendance privileges are very different. Conventions run you probably somewhere around $500 to $1000 dollars for tickets and room and what not by the time it's over, the only price you pay for newsletter membership is that you get emails from Sideshow, but money wise, it's free, anyone can do it so long as you have internet access, and I do realize some people don't have that, but the number of people able to sign up for a free newsletter is far greater than those who can make it to convetions, so I think giving Newsletter members first crack at PPO's is a fairly equal opportunity process.
