My favorite comedy though...Real Genius. Val Kilmer's one liners are hilarious and well timed. It's one of my favorite '80's movies.

Most of Quentin Tarantino and Coen brothers movies...I love dark humor.
plus The Naked Gun's , National Lampoon's and Airplane's movies those were Funny as hell.

Most of the stuff I found to be rolling-on-the-floor funny is stand-up stuff. Eddie Murphy's "Delirious" was unbelievable when it first came out.

Recently, the movies that have me laughing the most are Tropic Thunder and I Love You, Man.

The hardest I ever laughed was during a bit on a Tommy Davidson stand-up routine when he was dogging on square-dancing. My side hurt and I was tearing from laughing at that bit. I wish I new the name of it so I could buy it.

Also, some great stuff from stand-up...Chris Rock talking about using Puerto Ricans being cast in Thanksgiving Day parades because there are so few Native Americans and Jamie Fox "remembering when J-Lo was hey..ho'".

Incidently -I watched part of Woddy Allen's "Mighty Aphrodite" last night on a movie channel.

It was pathetic to me. Now I know why I have never before and will never again voluntarily watch a Woddy Allen movie.

Woody is a genius. Might Aphrodite is not anywhere near his best work.

I think that if you watch Woody's earlier films like "Take the Money and Run", "What's up Tiger Lilly", "Sleeper" and "Bannanas" your opinion will change, all of them are laugh out loud funny!

No kidding. I wouldn't consider any of these made in the last 10 years as better than Animal House, Trading Places, Fast Times at Ridgemont High or Ghostbusters. I am so OLD.
