There is really no contest. To vote other than the Avengers is to vote a wishful thought. Not reality.:)

Avengers was done far better than any other superhero franchise.

Although I would not lump all of the individual characters' movies in with The Avengers' movie...despite the fact that they were intended to be lead-ins...and yes, that Makes The Avengers a franchise of one movie...for now.

Thk you for such a sentence.
Now everyone can see and hear in their heads how much this is stupid :lol

But yes, Marvel Cinematic Universe is an absolute winner.

DiFabio is correct in his use of the word "franchise," but as far as series go?

My order would be Nolan's Batman, Marvel Cinematic Universe, Raimi's Spidey, and then the Burton/Schumacher Batman movies. Don't care for the others to be honest.

So you think the one Avenger movie is better than all 5 X-Men or all 7 Batman movies.

:rotfl :rotfl :slap :slap :cuckoo:

The Dark Knight Trilogy easily wins this for me. Nothing else comes close. The Avengers was brilliant, but only Captain America really impressed me when it comes to the other solo films. The others were all simply good.

X-Men and X2 were amazing as well, but the last three disappointed me greatly.

Funny. Cap severely disappointed me compared to the rest.... I need to see all the MCU movies again. Besides Thor, I've only seen them all once or twice. I only own Thor on Blu.
