Double sided tape? Plates & panel and screw them together (with short screws) from behind? Secure each to the wall behind but not to each other?

My only Best, a height extension unit, has optional feet on the bottom. Where the metal screw thread insert are for the feet there's also a small hole inside the cabinet. If either of yours also have this feature, you could put a screw through this hole from the top one into the bottom one. That would only leave a mark on the top surface of the bottom unit, something easily hidden in the future.

Thanks!

Yea, my thought was to go with brackets on the back or like you said, go through the foot hole and secure it with a bolt.

Just curious, is there space to put 2 Tumblers in one shelf?

Not side by side in one cube, but if you mean stacked, then yeah, there's probably enough room, but it will be tight, and whichever tumbler is on the bottom will be near impossible to see, even if you are using glass shelves.

That does look cool besides the limited viewing.
I thought the idea was to display the Tumbler side on.

That would've been my major concern. You can't see it from the sides really. My backup plan was to put a plastic or glass tank/case over it, and maybe throw a turntable underneath to add a little jazz, then put it on top a small table.

The PAX look is nice but the custom doors seem like they would be expensive to make. But you get a bit more angle of viewing w/ the side view on display, but the front view isn't that bad w/ the lights. I didn't want it all the way at the bottom though, I had thought about just getting another 3x1 and putting that in front of another one so you could put the Tumbler (and eventually the Bat) on the top & 2nd shelves.

I decided to pick up the white Glassviks to go with my black Bestas. I think they look pretty good. No more doorless Bestas. Too bad about the Tombos but in a way the Glassviks hides the shelves with the borders.

And those are 2" borders.

Looks very very good and

DAMNIT! You remind me that i was forced to cancel my Sagat ex pre-order and i still want it!

;)

Sorry about that. Just got home from work a little while ago. Please excuse the mess. I don't usually keep anything on the glass, but i'm in the middle of rotating a bunch of pieces out. But at least you get a bit of flavor of what it can look like. Lights not installed yet.

Is that a towel holder under cap's helm? Looks like the one I used to use :)

I don't like that the Glassvik's borders block the view of figures on the middle or bottom shelf at standing angle.

Haha, I think I see Iron Monger in the reflection on your floor there.

If you have more pics, please post! Would love to see that entire collection/shelf, and even the Tumbler ones w/ the doors open. Looks great! :clap I'm trying to brainstorm of a way to be able to see the rest of the vehicle if possible.

To hang mine I needed to pick up a Besta Suspension rail for each unit I wanted to hang which ran ~$10 each.

Does anyone remember the name of the shelves you can get for Besta's that are not as deep, about half the size of a regular shelf?

I'm sure this was asked before, but has anyone used a BESTA without a door? I'm wondering if there is any dust accumulation at all if the figure/statue is far back enough.

I'm thinking of buying another white BESTA but due to location, a door wouldn't work at all.

Otherwise I'll just keep the little coffee table I have in place there already.
