since no one is following the rules about posting here, besides Bannister, I'll say that it seems too busy and less organized than the old site. looks prettier though. i'll adapt and place my orders however.

Does the new site have the latest episode of Lost on it somewhere? Cause it's really diificult to navigate the web and watch Lost at the same time. Its really difficult to do anything and watch lost at the same time.

As for people posting their comments - please feel free to say what you like about the redesign.

But I'd suggest you move around in it for a while and compare how the same navigation is on the old site before starting to make comments.

And it's important to follow the procedure for bug reports - they need to know if you find something that's not working properly or if you have a brilliant idea for how something could work more efficiently.

Sideshow has put their trust in the Freaks to help them make their site the best that it can be, let's not let them down!

Just logged into my orders: 2 choices: cancelled and processing. Maybe it's cause nothing I have is "shipping soon" so hopefully someone see that. Oh, there's "shipped" too. But I would distinguish "processing" to both "processing/shipping soon" and "pending".

I'd even make the "W" waitlist orders into: "waitlist pending" and "waitlist cancelled". I organize data/statistics at work in my leisure, and the more diversified, the more meaningful.

It's a great privilege that Sideshow even cares what we have to say about their site. Too many companies use focus groups and suits to make decisions on what runs through the minds of the consumers, but often those groups have no clue what the consumer is really interested in. Instead, Sideshow's going to the most diverse group of consumers to get feedback and taking it to heart. Once again, Sideshow demonstrate's it's wonderful customer relations.
