That's why we have to stick together on this. In case this is a scam, we can all refer back to each other by letting paypal know about each other. I'm sure once they see that a few of us are being scammed, they will expedite our refunds.

i have to say that when he was selling
1 avp elder
p1
3 berserkers
for $150 +$450 shipping i didnt hesitate in buying it but i knew something was off , i even call the seller over the phone since i speak spanish and the person that i talked to , told me that i was the 15th call asking for the same person and that that person didnt live there

I really am confused is to if people even for a second think its a scam, why on earth they go through with the purchase. I never purchase anything, unless I am 100% sure the person is going to come through with the item, especially if they were shipping from out of the country. I know with paypal you are covered, but God forbid something went wrong and you are out near $1000.

On a side note, I freakin hate scam artists and I would never for a second give them the satisfaction of thinking "I got that sucker".

Good question, reminds of the mosquitos that are attracted to the light zappers in the backyard. They're just to attracted to the allure of the light to see death...some people just arent very smart. They have to learn the hard way insteading of listening to the elders...like teenagers.

I have been scammed buy these couple on ebay named Nelly Araya. Is that the same person?

How can they run away with this? what will paypal do to recover the fund? It should be that paypal holds the fund until the buyer receive the item and satisfy with it.

the seller gave me a bogus tracking # so i contacted him he said that it could take up to 45 days the same amount of time you have to complaint with ebay or paypal , well i contacted paypal right away , seems that the seller had several complaints already , so they refunded my money after the investigation.

what the seller is doing , they are using funds form people that are buying from them and with that money they just buy on ebay , since you have to wait lets say 10-15 days to question about your items they already use that money to buy some other items and when you open a dispute they just close their account , and you ended up losing your money , so is better to avoid those sellers.

By the way this is the info of that scammer :

remember tho, Paypal will only refund you IF they can get to the scammer's money. if the scammer already withdrew all the money from his account, then Paypay just says "sorry!". at least that's how it went down for me about 5 years ago.

Paypal supposedly changed that policy about a year or 2 ago. I say supposedly because I havent had any personal experience with it (yet - knock on wood) but that was a big change that they announced a few years back. The only catch, that Im aware of, is that the transaction has to be made thru ebay for that coverage to happen...but paypal will reimburse you out of pocket - and then they will go after the seller thru other means on their own...

New policy is you are covered. All you have to do is open a claim and send the items back. Once they see it's been delivered to the seller, they refund you the money. WE ARE COVERED. I would not have purchased if this was not the case.

It's true even until 3 years ago now it's different. U will be refunded no matter what.

Again it's true but incomplete. Now transaction off ebay will be fully protected as well and I believe up to 2 grands. So there's no catch whatsoever. If u don't receive the right item or u never received it paypal will 100% refund you. Ref: personal experiences.

BTW, I decided that he's totally crook. Before I still see from my perspective. Now I am looking at his while he's doing shipping spree with our money. I will try go to hell by contacting paypal and rising red flag. Will let u know how it goes.

Mario.

What's thick face. He could say this to me lol after called paypal to hold the payment..

why you are trying to scam? I'm not idiot. I will call to my local post office tomorrow monday and I will stop the package. Scammer. So, you will not receive nothing.

Unbelievable..

You know what's really messed up is.. Ebay has a new policy which some seller's payments get held until the item is delivered. These arseholes get away with this and honest sellers (like myself) get screwed with the payment hold policy.

I say we give them negative feedback right now so others don't fall victim.
