LOL,, I asked him to send me a picture of the predators he's selling with a hand written note with my ebay id on it. He actually did send it, and it's real. The picture anyway. I went ahead and took a gamble myself with this guy. He already sent me tracking info. We'll see how it goes.

Post the picture here?, at least as i say before, the one of the ebay publication it is from my collection, I do not understand why if he really have that figures uses pictures from any one else?
Perhaps he's Juan Carlos LOL. But let's see. I will laugh if I get it. And I believe I will get my money back if he scammed me. So the best thing I can do is not expect anything LOL. Although I am hoping I get them lol.

Not good enough. I have been scammed more by sellers from USA than that of other country
Paypal is reasonable and it seems they value me better that they did before. Well considering my spending these past month they know LOL.

Even if you get it. Just follow these two ebay ids:
jcestay, ko350an. I'll give'm no more than 2 months. After that, these ebay ids will no longer be valid.
If they are the same scammers that got me, eventually they will receive negative feedback from the other scammed buyers. As soon as they get their first negative feedback, they will turn their rating to "private" mode to hide their negative seller rating. Then eventually these 2 ids will disappear. 3 to 6 months later, you'll see these same cats from chile under different ids scamming people again. It's just my humble prediction. Pepez, Darthkry, I hope both your transactions prove me wrong and I sincerely hope you two receive the items that were advertised. Good luck again guys. Now all we can do is wait and see.

From ko350an I bought this Scar, Celtic, and Ancient. He gave me a tracking number a day after I paid for the third on. I paid with Visa on Paypal.
Good luck bro.. Lets make sure to touch base on what happens, that way if we do have to make claims we can back each other up and have a stronger case. Lets hope it does not come to that. Good luck. BTW, I tracked my package and its no record on USPS. The Chile post says its processing in some facility.

Let's hope that those tracking numbers are for packaged predators and not books. Sometimes what these scammers do is they send you a tracking number to stall you so that you don't give them neg feedback during their shopping spree. Notice how fast their buyer ratings are going up.

These Chilean sellers(or it could be all one seller under different ids) seem to sell hot toys related items that are very expensive(such as predators, robocop, etc). Their ids all have similiar buying and selling habits. For example, often they will either list the item really really cheap(for like $50 bucks), only to charge a crazy shipping cost(like say $300 bucks), or list a whole lot of items in one auction (such as 3 predators, or 3 robocop figures, or 2 batman figures etc...)
Their buying habits are similiar as well. In all instances, they only buy from sellers with ratings in the thousands. Also, their buyer rating seems to go up very very quickly and their seller rating is usually 0. Also their overall rating is usually either in single or double digit range-in other words, not very high, or only high enough until they get caught and have to start the scam all over by creating yet another new ebay id. I'm not saying these are the same guys who scammed me. All I'm saying is buy with caution if you're going to buy from them as their patterns are very similiar to the seller that ripped me off.
NOTE: IF THE DEAL LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS

What happened in your case? Did you get a box of nothing or what? How did you follow through?
Should we contact ebay and paypal to raise the red flag.Paypal very proud of it's security system and believe that the system can link the same user with multiple ID and everything.
That why ebay or pp will freeze the fund before these alleged scammers can use the money.
I know it's 90% scam but I still want to see how these turn out to be.

dude, did he not send u anything by providing empty tracking number or he did send empty box? how did he scam u?
I will open the case directly if he's providing fake number since I have no time to wait for 2 months. I am on a tight budget. thanks
the seller gave me a bogus tracking # so i contacted him he said that it could take up to 45 days the same amount of time you have to complaint with ebay or paypal , well i contacted paypal right away , seems that the seller had several complaints already , so they refunded my money after the investigation.
what the seller is doing , they are using funds form people that are buying from them and with that money they just buy on ebay , since you have to wait lets say 10-15 days to question about your items they already use that money to buy some other items and when you open a dispute they just close their account , and you ended up losing your money , so is better to avoid those sellers.
