What's thick face. He could say this to me lol after called paypal to hold the payment..

why you are trying to scam? I'm not idiot. I will call to my local post office tomorrow monday and I will stop the package. Scammer. So, you will not receive nothing.

Unbelievable..

Give jcestay neg feedback and watch what happens. I bet he/she will turn their overall rating to private mode if you do.

You know what's really messed up is.. Ebay has a new policy which some seller's payments get held until the item is delivered. These arseholes get away with this and honest sellers (like myself) get screwed with the payment hold policy.

In the past, before this hold policy, I was ripped off big time with a purchase by a seller, and ebay/paypal were unable to recover all the money I lost because the seller spent most of my money.

This new hold policy levels the playing field. After all, the ebay buyer must always send the money to the seller up front first before anything is delivered. Because of this, the buyer bares all of the risk initially.

From a buyers perspective, I think the hold policy is the best thing that ebay could have ever done. Now the buyer can finally have some recourse if the seller is a scammer. Let's put it this way, If it weren't for this hold policy, you'd be really screwed right now.

Its apparent that the "Hold" policy is not applying to them. Instead people with 100% seller rating, like me are gitting hit with this "Hold" policy. I don't really care, since I deliver my goods...Just sucks sometimes when you need the cash. It's not fair that scammers can get away with this and honest sellers get screwed.

I think the Hold policy is initiated by the buyer, and is on a case by case basis. Pepez just mentioned that after he complained to ebay, ebay initiated a hold on the chilean seller. Anyway, there are good sellers and bad sellers out there that mess it up for everyone, just as there are bad buyers and good buyers.

I say we give them negative feedback right now so others don't fall victim.

Did you do it yet, or are you going to wait? They can't do it back to you so don't worry about your rating.

I'm getting weary here.. I want to call ebay/paypal right now and open a case, but I know what they are going to say. We need to all do this at the same time and refernce eachothers cases so they can investigate.

Start to get weary if he/she no longer responds as promptly to your emails as they once did before they got your money.

I will do it right away.

I hate that too. The worst is I spent 30 mins just to call ebay. Ebay has the worst CS that's why I hate it so much. I ended up calling paypal. And withing 2 mins paypal opened the case and hold the money. I explained them about our situation and the sellers style.

In 5 mins after the cased opened the seller email me the one I posted.

I will do it now. But how can u turn neg feedback into private?

I am sorry for that. But there should be more than just holding the payment. These crooks should get consequences for what they've been doing. But how?

Just got back home and doing it now.

Don't call messed up evilbay. Call paypal instead or open the dispute online.

At it again..

We have to do something to punish him guys.

Guess he needs the money to buy more Saint Sayna robots... Question: Where's he getting all these pics?

Just left feedback.

When he emailed me saying I want to scam him I said go ahead call it off. I never expected any arrival u scammer!

Let's see. That's crazy. He is doing spending crazy like work13. If he can get away with these then I regret for ever did this, although I know it's scam in the first place.

Not that I care with evilbay who will lost the money. But the fact that he can go unpunished really bothers me.

Any way that we all can screw this these sellers or perhaps all the same person?

I think they are all the same person. I don't know how, but there is a way to make your rating private. Once you make your ebay id rating private, you can no longer sell items. But you can still buy things. "jcestay" will eventually turn her star rating to private once more neg feedback hits her ebay id. That's when she will continue to buy as much as possible before ebay terminates her id. (I'm assuming this scammer is female as the last Chilean ebay seller that scammed me had a female name on her paypal account)
