Yeah. I don't think my dad could have figured it out. I don't have, nor have had a paypal account. Between the emails and pastes it all went well. His last email said he was now waiting for confirmation! I didn't know he was catholic!!!

There has to be a record in Paypal ....
Just login and do a transaction history search in there?

- Log into Paypal, as per normal

- Click the main 'History' navigation link, and wait for the page reload

- Click on the 'Payments sent' link down to the link, this will reload the page with that filter option

- under 'all activity' click the from date by clicking on the calendar box, then use arrows to change month, and when in the month you want, click on the date number in that month, in order to select that date (I suggest 1st January 2013, but any date prior to the 24th or so of January should be fine)

- If you use paypal a lot you might want to click the to date by clicking on that calendar box as well, and selecting a date after the last pre-order, just to narrow the results a bit (I suggest 1st August, 2013 or so)

- Finally click the 'show' button, and you will be presented with a list of payments made via paypal between those dates. Depending on how frequently you use paypal, you may have more than one page in the listed results. Click Next to go to the next page if required.

- On your results page you are looking for transactions from BIG Chief Studios Ltd. When you find a transaction to them right click over the details link and open the page in a new tab to see the details of that transaction.

- For me the Fourth Doctor order was on the 11th of July, 2013. Looking at the payment details of that order you are looking for where it says invoice ID. There you will have a number that looks like the following format: 1234-56. To import that order on the Big Chief site you use the first four numbers only, ignoring the two after the dash (so, in the above example you would use 1234).

- For the Tenth Doctor, the order was on the 24th of January, 2013 for me, but there was no order details attached in my Paypal account. I had to find the email sent and use the order ID from that. It doesn't hurt to check your paypal account while you are there, just in case, but I don't hold out much luck. But it will at least give you a firm date around when you should have received the confirmation email for the order. My email arrived on the 25th January (the day after my order), so go to your email account and check your inbox/delete/spam folders around that date. You are looking for an email from Big Chief Studios titled [Big Chief Studios] Order Received, in that you will find a four digit order number in big bold numbers right near the top, which is what you need for the order import for Ten. Unfortunately if you no longer have the email, I don't think there is much to be done other than contacting Big Chief direct.

Hope that is of some small help...

Although it has happily been resolved for you DVD1, what great advice.

I am so sorry I am late to the party! I just started (and well..finished) Doctor Who in the last few weeks. Just got to season 5 today, I have no idea why I just checked to see if there were 1/6th figures. Am I definately too late to get the Tenth doctor?

E-mail Big Chief and let them know you are interested if someone cancels the order. Also, they did say there will be another version down the road that will be available through regular distribution and not a website exclusive.

Sorry if it's been posted, but how exactly do I pay my balance? I created an account and imported, but all it shows is my balance with no pay option. Or maybe I'm overlooking it

Okay so I haven't been keeping a close eye on this because I assumed, you know, I ordered the figure and then would pay the balance when the time came, and that would be that. Ho ho! Now I learn I have to re-create a new account and whatever else. I keep trying to do that and the BC website keeps telling me it has sent me emails which I do not receive, and which are not in my spam folder. So what the heck?

I hink the on line toy market gremlins are at work. I read different, but similar issues with the MOTU boys trying to pay for their castles !

Well I hope they answer my email and get this sorted out ... if this is a headache, I'll probably cancel my Sherlock/Watson order and not deal with them again. I like the 11th doctor figure, and new companies have growing pains, but I have enough hassles in my life already, and for things more important than toys...

Though it occurs to me that I CAN'T cancel any orders at the moment because I can't log into any sort of account! Catch-22....

Honestly, I'm sure at some point they could walk you through the process or do it through their end if you just can't get it to work. Though I can understand being frustrated, too. They won't even be ready to send out invoices for the rest of the payment for a bit, yet.

It's all good to go. Technically these should on your shores by now. BC should be sending emails this weekend to request 100s of squidlies from the accounts. I don't care coz I paid for mine ages ago - and after a fashion, my dads all sorted out, so all is good.
Now actually looking forward to these being sent out.

I couldn't get my kids at school off of that game today. It was cool watching everyone totally wrapped in Who.

Well since BC obviously checks into the board, I'd recommend that they take a look at yesterday's email -- the guy who kept trying to log on is getting very frustrated with the whole thing!

I'm not seeing the Google thing, is that only in the UK?

They are at the Celebration show manning their booth and have announced that they won't be able to address any concerns until after Tuesday.

Hopefully you can figure it out... you have until December 4 to get it sorted out before your order is affected.

Same boat for me I find the whole login experience a chore with the Big Chief Studios site.

I'll also have to drop them an email.
