Just to be certain, you are clicking on the entry for 11 on the orders page, right? You have to click that in order to see Handles. At first I thought he would be added to the general orders page based on screen shots, but you have to click the entry for the 11th Doctor to see him.

I ordered this few minutes ago. Looks so great. Now the waiting starts.

Called BCS through Skype this afternoon. Thankfully I had $2 in promo credit from Skype for international landline calls . They never got my "installment" token, so it was viewed as a deposit+balance rather than payment plan. Got the first order canceled and started a new one that validated everything. The guy, Matt, even double checked and ensured me that I am qualified for Handles. All ready to go now!

I had to double check that Handles order, just to be sure. And sure enough, it's there.

I spoke with someone today on the phone, and he assured me I qualified for handles still, even after restarting my order today. Double check that you actually started a payment plan, and didn't end up on the 'deposit/balance' option. If WorldPay can't validate your installment 'token' it defaults to this, which is does not qualify for Handles. That's the boat I was in before I cancelled/re ordered through BCS approval (no sub fees, and original deposit refund because I did it through them with justification). Best bet is to call them and ask about it. I'm not sure where you are but make sure to keep in mind the time difference. I was about 6 hours difference to them.

I live in the US, so it ain't easy to just call them but I'll see if I can get ahold of them on Facebook or something if I need to when I get around to placing my pre-order soon. Something dropped out from pre order so I might pick this up

I used Skype to call from the US myself. The rate is really good and it ran me about 57 cents to make the call to a UK landline. I don't know how much luck you'll have with Facebook.

Yeah I was looking at the very bottom of the item page, and it has a single astrex for signature edition, but there is nothing with a single astrex so yeah, not signature, miss read it ah well still a great figure and only limited to 1000

That's funny I just placed another order yesterday and I got Handles with it, though it didn't show up until an few hours later.

When did they say companions were off the table? I missed that.

I never saw it mentioned that they were off the table although given the poor sales of Amy I would imagine they will be few and far between. I would imagine that they'll probably do Sarah Jane Smith eventually as she is still heavily beloved and with as important as they're making Clara and that she has been with three different Doctors on adventures I would imagine she is a safe bet as well.

If I had to guess I would say that companions would be made on a case by case kind of thing, each sale equaling whether another would be made.
