Turns out that I DID have a payment plan set up and now Handles has been added to my order.
Well it has now been ten days and four emails since I *paid in full in advance* for the Matt Smith figure (had some extra $ in the Paypal account). Still no Handles showing up on my order, still no response of any sort from Big Chief. They do good work and I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that this gets sorted out but man they really need to work on their customer service.

OK I finally got an email back and the problem is straightened out!
Very happy about this. I do love the products they're making and want to keep supporting them.
As stated above, if you can get in contact with them, they're usually great. It's the getting in contact with them part that's often the problem...
^Maybe you could buy the 12 head separately, there might be a few people who just want the 11th Doctor and will be getting rid of the 12 head.
I'm so glad I preordered this since I've been on a Doctor Who creative kick these past few weeks. 11 in this outfit is going to complete my 50th anniversary special collection since I already have Tennant and I just finished this guy who apparently is looking for the Doctor :
