INCREDIBLE!

I wonder how much of that stuff will ever get made. It looks so amazing. Dr. No especially. I hope that still gets a non-kick-starter release.

It's so energizing to see loads of Bond stuff like that in development.

Are we not allowed to post this stuff?

I think the only thing that I was not genuinely impressed with (besides the Dr No Bond suit and jacket) was the Dalton head, I really see very little likeness in that rendering.

I'm sure the BCS email is a response to the squeaky wheel that is this thread has certainly become in the past couple of months, particularly with our "the line is dead" posts, lol.

As with the Odd Job figure and LALD Bond, I see they have a Dr. No figure in the line-up in the same radiation suit that Sideshow has already done, along of course with a tuxedoed Bond; I wish they would avoid the redundancy whenever possible. For example, for Dr. No, granted the tuxedoed Bond is almost obligatory, but for the companion pieces, what about Honey or even Felix? Even their Timothy Dalton will be an upgrade of the Sideshow version. Also noticed how the Dalton tux has the shawl lapels.

Their choices so far are really logical and that's a good thing.

You have Goldfinger and Oddjob... ad Dr. No, Blofeld, Red Grant and the only other most iconic baddie I can think of is Jaws.

All of the other villains after that have got to be in the personal favorite category. I can't argue there is anyone else as iconic as those (and yes I love 006, Le Chifre, Largo and all that but they are not on the level of the others if you ask me).

The truth is that I don't see most of these being made. It's a sad truth. But what they did here is really really smart and honestly they should have done this a year ago to keep momentum. They need to keep people excited and keep the hype up during the production issues and all that. They frankly should have shown this before they freaked everyone out with that Kickstarter BS.

And this is how collectibility works... the thought of getting all these other figures? I can honestly say it makes me want to pick up Solitaire and Samdi which I had wanted to skip on account of thinking they would be to obscure and random in a really tight Bond collection that is made up of mostly customs.

Then it worked! :yess:

My dreams of a great Red Grant seem so close... and yet, I have to agree with Ray, I don't see that stuff getting made. Now I will be forever tortured by that render. It's just a print away... :(

I remember very well -- and still have the blurb -- when Sideshow announced they were making Goldfinger, Largo and Pleasance Blofeld. Blew my mind. Pined for years. Nothing ever came.

I do hope Dr. No hits the streets though. Caged tarantula and all! That Wiseman sculpt/render looks insane... and it looks like BCS got the gray color of the outfit correct.

I will be devouring these pictures for days and weeks to come.

The Dalton head needs a lot of work. The others look good though. And I was quite pleased to see Q there.

Lets hope these figures will be produced, but fear the same as Raymond.

I would have preferred a younger Q, the one who never jokes about his work.
Love this character and of course his gadgets.

Top of my list are Jaws and Nick Nack.

the production /noserub issue from the Goldfinger wave and the head scratcher choice of LALD as the sophomore lineup probably played a part in almost killing the line... they give me confidence in their planning here. If you ask me take a gamble and do a line with Dr. No and Connery 2.0 full out, knock it out of the park and keep teasing things like they did here and the line may resuscitate.

Assuming it's a choice and not a rights decision I also think they would insane not to do a Daniel Craig Bond 20 release for the next film. I fear no modern Bond is also sadly killing a bit of the interest and PR buzz around this line.
