Considering that there was a 6 month window between when the protos were shown , and the finished figures were put up from pre-order with the RE4 figures, this is my guess on release dates.

Chris Q3-Q4 2009
Shiva Q4 2009
Unnamed third figure ( I beleive hot toys said they were planning ONE more) Q1 2010.

I think Hottoys will release Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar at the same time Q3 2009

Hopefully that means they're working out every last detail making the figures a accurate as possible.

Just saying, there was about 4 months between the proto's being showon on the RE4 figs, and final pics being shown, I'll wager this was due to things with capcom, and liscenseing. SO we should see something official around mid-may at the earliest I'd wager.
