Beautiful.
But its gonna be another fartsy artsy fest.
Innaratu never topped his Amore perros.

I love Iñárritu movies with the exception of Biutiful. This has me very interested.

Keaton Batman + Bale Batman Voice + Actual Career + Sadness = More than a little tough to watch!

This looks really good actually. Who doesn't love Keaton?! It's great to finally see him in a staring role instead of smaller parts like in Other Guys, which he was also awesome in.

I'm seeing this tonight but have to go out pretty far to see it.

It's like Snow Piercer and the Road where it has a limited release. People were fawning over it with critical praise at the film festivals, wonder why it doesn't have a broader release.

Awesome, man. Let me know how it is! I, too, really want to see it, but, as you said, it seems really limited.

Just got back. Pretty amazing. I loved how it felt like the whole film was one continuous shot.

All the performances are great, especially Norton and Stone. Keaton is the standout though, I didn't know he had the chops and had this in him. The inner monologues he has going on in his head along with his "powers" makes me wonder if these ambitions he had were just all in his head. I reckon these are the types of thoughts that all artists have when it comes to their work. There's a lot of great meta themes throughout this but it never feels like it patronizing or breaking the 4th wall.

Walking out of the theater, I heard some people talking about how they expected an actual superhero movie and were caught off guard with what they saw. I'd also say that this oscar push for Keaton does seem warranted after seeing it. Again, didn't think the guy could do something like this.

Reading that, I need to see it even more. I definitely want to see what everyone's talking about. Thanks, DiFabio; I really can't wait to see it.

After Batman he tried his hand at serious drama, before he pretty much disappeared. One that sticks out is Clean and Sober, he was quite good in it, if memory serves. I know most people will avoid watching movies like that though, as they probably come off as movie of the week type stuff.

Clean and Sober came out before Batman. He turned heal in 1990s Pacific Heights, though being the bad guy does not come easily for him and it flopped. Of course people still wanted to see him as Batman. The next movie I remember seeing from him after Returns was Multiplicity while I really enjoyed it, I knew it wasn't designed to be a blockbuster. I put it just under Groundhog Day as a great concept comedy film. Jackie Brown was great but he only had a small role. After that he just completely dropped off the cinematic map as far as I was concerned. That horrible Jack Frost movie and a direct-to-video vibe. I did catch him in The Company and he wasn't half bad. Looking on IMDB he's never really stopped working so, the man was due. Glad this is doing well!

^ You always share these kick ass articles about cool stuff.

Thanks man, awesome read. MK seems so down to earth and relatively easy to approach.

I really hope Salt Lake Comic Con would bring him over.... Having both the DX09 and 08 boxes signed by the man himself would be a dream come true.
