... hmmm, well i can agree with the philosophy of a second edition, or an R2, or whatever may be the case, however, the fact still remains that if a studio claims to have an "edition size", then that should be the number. that's what makes these items of collectible value i thought. anyways, i appreciate these toys and certainly consider some of them to be real art ... a painter doesn't alter their print editions of an original is all i'm saying. this isn't the thread for this gripe regardless. cheers!! this bust is going to be delicious like red delicious apples me thinks. damn...send me my edition!

Painters make lithographs, comic companies issue second printings, and certain rock bands and athletes have "retired" how many times, saying they wouldn't play again? Companies are still printing new posters of Van Gogh's, so I don't see the big deal about making more of something, as long as you never say it's an original.
