I got both today but I think i'm happier about being able to P.O this today more than the Gambit.... :)

I see more female LSBs already in the works. So far they're 2/2.

wasn't BIB spidey in between them?? also seems that they have been visiting the spidey "FAMILY" quite heavily lately.
first venom some time ago, now carnage, spiderwoman, BIB and Blackcat. wonder if they're going for females or the spidey theme??

I think what he meant was that out of the 2 female LSBs released so far, both look really good. Not that they were released back to back.

Also, I agree there has been a very Spidey centric theme in the busts recently (although Spider Woman has very little to do with Spider-Man except irradiated spider blood origins). What really upsets me....is with alllll the spidey stuff NO classic spiderman outfit!!

Once the comiquette comes out, not many will want a LSB of SM. I have a feeling it's gonna be that good. But we gotta wait till probably Toy Fair till we see anything?

I definitely want both. I just got into the lsb line starting with Venom, and haven't looked back yet, got everyone ordered/bought since, and kinda want a bunch of the older ones.

I just got converted for the exc BC also YAY!:banana:chew

She is a beauty :naughty

That's very nice! DC Direct could learn a few things from this as to how to make their female characters into busts. Specifically, the Catwoman 1:2 bust (and the Harley bust too) don't hold a candle to this.

Of course the SSC Spider-woman bust doesn't hold a candle to this.

If I cared about the character at all, I'd pick it up for sure!

I have to say the answer is BOTH. :) Two birds with one polystone bust.:)

It's so nice I had to order one! I'd like to get some one to alter it to make it Catwoman though.

I wonder how many cancelled their Cat LSB? also got my WL convert today

i'd suggest ... none. i think recently, SSC is playing the market in order to come up with profitable quantities ... it's kinda bothersome i think that they have rarely posted the ES with their preorder releases in the last year or so. doesn't make the 'collectible' as defined as it maybe should be.

also, i've received replacement pieces for 2 different sold out items in the past 4 months (witchking replacement in the mordor dio & timber in the JOE environment) ... if these are sold out, where have these 'extra' production pieces come from? makes me believe that their ES counts are very arbitrary and maybe a bit untruthful if they've had 'extra' pieces created for damage control.

that's not how it used to be, as in the past i was given a refund for damaged pieces as there were no 'extras' available ... the edition size was the edition size. period.

Not posting the ES is the best. It reduces buying for speculation and keeps the options open. They SHOULD have extras around for replacements. Just let them be blank, and then when they replace a broken one, write the number of the broken one on the replacement. So long as the number out there in customer's hands remains the same, the ES doesn't change. It doesn't matter if there are three times as many made as the ES, so long as no more than the ES is in customer's hands, it's the same. frankly, I think it would be nice if SS offered a lifetime replacement option, at cost, to the customer. That way, the number in the world will always be the same.,

Not a bad idea. Unless of course there's a change in management down the line or SS is sold to an interested party with different product ideals/moral. A new management may likely come in and say: "hmmm, gees, what shall we do with these extra 300 Gray Hulk PF Exclusives we have lying around? Quick cash!"

Than again thats just a purely hypothetical situation. Given the same case, nothing would stop the new management from just reproducing from the same molds.

Anyhow, going back to the topic at hand... To all whose WL converted today, when did you place your WL orders? I placed mine last Friday night (1/22). **Edit: Placed my WL order last Friday and it has NOT converted.**

As long as they called those extra 300 a SECOND EDITION, that is ok.
