Totally different head and perhaps several arms placements (with different weapons inserted into the hand) could equal a veritable army of Mordor orcs.

Looks really good. I love the duel switch out part and will make for some interesting ways to change up the display.

It is a cool looking piece and I think it will be one of those that comes with switch out hands and a helmet head, but I'll pass....

I'm trying to focus on German trooper, Terminator 1 PF and Pred LSB.....

can only afford so much....

I was really hoping not to like this one, but I have to say it looks great and that war-hammer is so freakin cool. IMO this is a case where the Ex definitely adds a whole new level to an already cool PF. This is gonna be a real tough decision come Thursday. With the steady flow of Maquettes recently, it's gonna be hard to fit a PF into the endless flex-pay onslaught.

Yeah I like him he looks cool and I really wanted to get one of the Orcs, since I missed the first 2, but im not digging his face. A helmet and it would have been a done deal and I would have sold my soul to someone...but now I'll wait and see what happens. Dont get me wrong, he does look awesome, i love his armored up claw feet.

I wonder how a SSW 1/4 scale orc helm would match up to this guy? (although it would mean sacrificing one head's ears and pony-tail)

I may just have to pull the trigger on this one. It looks fantastic and will fit in very well in my collection. The only downside for me is, depending on when this ships, I may have to put off the search for the uruk hai berserker PF even longer. Decisions, decisions...

Wow this will be the third week in a row I preorder a pf I'm def getting exclusive version of this. I just hope sideshows website dosent go bonkers like it did last week when I ordered the rouge pf

This is a must-buy (Ex) for me! I just noticed that the base states no specific film (no surprise there) and the actual name of this is "Mordor Orc Scout".

Correct. There are many screencaps featuring bluish or ashen coloured orcs...not to mention just about every other colour imaginable.
