I just got an email from my dealer saying they are due mid june not 100% guarantee but at least they know something still £569 to pay off these haha

Where's your dealer selling out of? Might I presume Asia?

Don't care what the price of the Ecto-1 will be i'll be getting it. That and hopefully the Hot Toys Hover version Delorean.

In the Uk not asia, he gets blitzway stuff about 2 week after asia release, have to see if they release early june for this to be accurate

it gets here when it gets here. I ordered from TW Toys. They usually get their stuff later than most it seems. I am prepared for the end of summer.

Based on Tyler Durden, I would expect a bit of a loss in quality there.

I would say more from a 10 to a 7 or so, but YMMV. Certainly nothing like the drop-offs we've seen with some SSC figures, but on par with some Hot Toys figures.

I hope we see some finals soon. I only bought Egon but I really want a second buster. With all the new preorders coming out that I've already done, I may not be able to squeeze anymore figures in for the year if they don't show us something soon. I'm already paying or gonna pay soon on multiple figures this year.

That's where I'm setting my expectations. I don't expect SilentSurfer-level paint apps, but I do expect something really good at this price point. If it falls below that, into, say, QmX, ThreeZero, or even the better SSC figure (like Ash) territory, I'll be disappointed.

The final Tyler figure surprised the hell outta me when i got it in hand.

Seems some are still judging TD on those first crappy cell phone pics that popped up hours after release and scared a few buyers. It's not a figure I own but all my favourite YouTube reviewers rave about it. When I watch Dean Knight's reviews for other figures the TD figure always takes my eye when I see it in the background.
Looks every bit as good as a HT figure to me.

I'm personally judging it based on the bulk of pics, videos, and in-hand reviews we've seen. And I've had dozens of HT figures over the years, and have a pretty good impression now for what a flash and bad lighting does to impressions, though I still haven't seen Durden in-hand (will if I find a good deal on the two pack). I would say it seems like a middle to lower tier HT figure. But agree that it does seem like an HT figure.

Both Durdens were the two biggest 1/6 surprises in hand that I have had in a long time. I would say that for some reason this figure does not photograph very well but in person it is definitely in my top 5 1/6 figures from any company. I think that this one is as good or better than most top tier HT figures.
