I've had my gb set paid off at timewalker for months...who cares if you gotta pay a little early, you'd have paid for them either way and since payment will be done ahead of time that should speed up the shipping process

How does that work for Paypal protection though ? Don't you have a limited time to file a complaint if something goes wrong ?

Yeah that is true but timewalker is a good business and the customer service is so good I just don't worry about it.

Bad CS gets around really really fast in the internet era. I also ordered from TW. I cant remember what other item i got there but the owner typed up and signed a letter apologizing about how the manufacturer changed box art and that if i had an issue i should contact them. Above and beyond.

Not to derail but AE has been good, so has FanBoy. I think too often the good gets overlooked. Guy has 100 seamless sales, but 1 bad deal is what gets the attention.

Both Timewalker and Alter Ego are solid, reliable places to order from, and both handle customers much better than SSC typically does. No reason to get freaked out over something they have no control over.

I've had to cancel with Timewalker before. Shortage of funds. They were so nice about it I almost felt awkward doing it. lol

This will be my first order with Timewalker. Looks like I won't have anything to worry about. AE had double billed me for the HT Deadpool bit a quick phone call took care of everything. Would still deal with again.

Anyone ever hear of Dendenhobby from Hong Kong ? That's where I ordered but don't know anything about them. They have a near perfect rating on Ebay though.

Steven is incredibly nice and welcoming to any change I've had to do.

Fir sure, I had a question I sent to CS to set up my account -- where else do you get a rapid response FROM THE OWNER, and Steven usually resolves the issue before he emails you back. Exceptional detail and care from TW CS.

I still can't believe I'm getting these for 212 per fig shipped.
EDIT: Oh, and Steven just emailed me to follow up while I was posting this.

I've been to Timewalker once in person. It was AMAZING. I've never seen so many 1/6th scale figures upclose. It was nervewrecking though because my son was running around there like it was a playground and we were surrounded by high end items in glass cases. They do have a lot of stuff though. I told myself if I ever win the lottery, I'd walk in there with a cart from Walmart and load up lol.

I will be in Kansas City for a few days this summer and plan to make a stop in there.
