For $60 matty did a great job with gear and unis.

Those are $30 figures though (licensing aside). 21st Century has done far better with far more accessories for far less than $60. I suppose it's 2016 though.

I like this! Can't wait to see the rest. I wonder if there is any chance in hell they release all four in a deluxe box. Maybe with slimer for a grand? If they look as good as everyone seems to think they will I would have to write the check.

And seeing as KA Kim posted about GB a while back, and she's posted that picture and said she's off to SDCC too, we can assume she did all four head sculpts

Yeah, I saw that!

I wonder if there'll be any more surprises from Blitzway at SDCC. I'd love it if there were some more new announcements.

Are you trying to pixel-peep for camera sensor capture resolution? 1000x632 is plenty high enough to see the hard and soft-goods are in another league when compared to Mattel toys. What's shown in the rear-view can easily be seen by anyone remotely familiar with high-end 1/6 to be of good quality and far superior to anything from Mattel. And anyone familiar with Blitzway know that while they do very few releases, they take them to the 9's.

I know Wor called it a "Beautiful set" - I'm fine with that even if we haven't seen the head sculpts. To compare them to Mattel however is bat-**** crazy.

They look most impressive.

Especially their boots and legs, and how their bootlegs combine.

But then I thought the Soldier Story boots and legs looked good too.

Seeing their faces might sort the men from the boys.

What if Dave's source was telling the truth?

I present to the court Exhibit A:

When Soldier Story first showed their figures, the cards with them said: "Product Under Review", with the original Columbia name and current Sony copyright.

And now Exhibit B:

The latest show photos don't have those cards, but one that reads "Ghostbuster [sic] Coming Soon".

Could it be possible that Soldier Story were in the final phase of approval when the first lot of pics were taken and subsequently had it revoked for some reason, hence the bootleg-ish second display? I don't know a whole lot about the intricacies of licensing, just thinking out loud here...

The Matty one looks like a Toy.

That's because it's a macro photo taken in bright light up close, versus a wide shot that's slightly blurry, dimly lit with light photoshopping and blown-out LED's.

Maybe the pending approval cards were removed because they got approval. Why does everyone in these Ghosbusters threads think that the sixth scale Licence is a one Company only Deal?

I don't think it's a one company only deal.

I'm just hypothesising. Pending approval cards are very rarely removed until the figures are up for order.
