Haha. I had to do it. It would’ve bothered me had I not. It was tedious to do because I was worried about breaking the belt clip when moving things around.

That's what I'm worried about the most as well.

All of my futzing with these is mainly going to be belt related, as far as adjusting and rearranging the accessories on them to look screen accurate. I'm not going to bother with the BW stands or putting batteries in the proton packs.

Dumb question but how are the belts buckled together? This is a big area of concern for me as they look so fragile in the pics. Any help beforehand is appreciated.

It’s a tiny metal buckle that unlatches. The clasp is so delicate that you have to be super careful with it. It took me like 30 minutes just to rearrange the belt.

Can the walkie talkies slide off over the clasp with relative ease? I plan on taking the walkie talkies off, since the group pose I plan on putting them all in is from the end of the film when none of them had their walkie talkies.

You would have to take the belt off to get the walkie talkies off. Not difficult but tedious.

I'd love to do that if I had any idea how.
Batteries are such a pain but the proton packs look way to good not to use them.

Thank you friend. That helps a lot. I just bought a set of rubber tipped tweezers online for preparation.

Just picked up my 4 pack and did a quick look at all 4. I didn’t open them all the way yet, but everything appears to be just fine with mine. Correct hands, no busted wands or zippers. Only issue I have found is the antenna from Rays radio fell off but I see it near his boots in the tray.

Really impressive set so far.

Every time I look at the belt clasps for these figures, I wish they actually went the 12" GIJOE route and employed the same technique for clasps that were similar to the belts on these GB figures:

I recall having GIJOE figures when I was a kid that had belts with similar looking clasps, and what I remember is one metal side of the clasp had a metal hook that basically just simply hooked around the other metal side of the clasp. It felt sturdy and didn't come undone easily. When I look at the belt clasps for these GB figures, I can't help but be reminded of those GIJOE belts that had similar clasps and how they clasped and unclasped with ease.

You could try one of these. Soap Studios Soap Reactor.

I've never used one but thought they look like a great alternative to light up the team with the press of a button.

My friend a GB 2 set from Blitzway will NEVER happen...they release 2 licenses per year max...Silence of the Lambs is following the same release pattern as GB so November 2018...they announced their other original IP line...2019? They will never return to Ghostbusters...if they do your Ray and Winston are on me.

More and more it's looking like I'm gonna go ahead and get them and not wait to see if someone does gb2 versions. Now i'm conflicted about who to get first: Ray or Winston? Obviously Ray works to go with Egon and Peter but...there's a certain appeal about getting Winston first. Imagine, you have 3 ghostbusters displayed...and no Ray. That's at least a 10 minute discussion with anybody who sees them lol. Could be fun. And it could make me more creative with my display too. But oh, the appeal of having the original three with various setups. Hard to decide. Hope I can afford to get both before they're all sold out everywhere.

I passed on Winston with hopes of a GB2 SB Winston. If it does not happen.....I still passed on Winston and Im OK with that!

I got Winston from AE today. The one GB I passed on at first since I ordered the three pack from Popcultcha. Once I got the notice they weren't shipping until about February I broke down and got Winston. He's great except for the red tone but it's not near as bad as it looks in most pics. Plus I got a GB to test out my stands.
