Looks too yellow, but yeah could be the lighting, also doesn't look like their are any flesh tones, it looks one color. But again that could all be due to lighting. I will say this though and that is the statue looks almost alive with those eyes.

No worries guys and I agree Steve, those eyes are so much more intense than the previous BL statue...
I'm sure the 'yellow' colouring of the skin is due to the lighting

Stomach cuts are too far apart. Unless the picture has been stretched. But eyes give it life

Looking at him sculpt looks good. Still say about sratches are too far apart and too near the chest. The hair doesn't look big/long enough in some shots/angles..please let it be the photo's.

comparing this to the proto,going by these pics the torso and arms are nowhere near defind.and the stomach cuts on the proto have a slight running effect on them and are closer together..hopefully the lighting is having the poor effect on these new pics.

Hmm sculpt still looks stretched, I mean I guess that could still be len's distortion but the likeness does not appear to be as good as the proto, I think they rushed this IMO. At least the GOD product sculpt looked the same as the proto, which is probably why they delayed it for so long. One good thing about these pictures is that it doesn't look yellow here and the paint job looks quite decent but not realistic like the paint job on the proto.

paint job reminds me of the HD1002.and how old is that..and how cheap was that.i do hope later in hand pics show something more like the proto.so far(yes early days)this fall short of a £500 statue IMHO.at least the neck seam isn't visible.to my old eyes anyway.
a (very) quick comparison.maybe the lighting is effecting the overall quality.the darker lit proto shot shows more of the ripped torso.compared to the ''flat torso'' on the released version??scratches are much better on the proto too.

From these first images will not cry miracle! Face done well (but I still prefer that of GOD), perhaps here they all say that the eyes give it more alive, but you know how the dolls eyes if you put them side and not in front as GOD seems more expressive; scratches seem decals (better Enterbay); sweat does not seem done very well on the body (perhaps from the photos you do not understand, you see a little bit what the face); about the body seems made of wax and the left arm a little too long or not so great (as it seemed in the prototype). As for the hair even these seem very plasticky and less cared of GOD. The base with the black symbol of yin yang is horrible for me (they had better respect the colors black and white). Appearance better pictures to judge better the product and hope to contradict me on many things.
Wow, feeling a little hollow seeing these first pics come through.
The proto was VERY defined in the veins and musculature - it's one of the crucial aspects that was really impressing me with the sculpt.
The finished version is coming across as quite soft in the detailing. Almost cheap looking even.
The paint job also appears to very flat and without much shading or fluctuation in the skin tone.
Even the hair seems to have less volume and appears slightly shorter than the proto where it felt pretty good.
On the plus side, the actual likeness appears to be coming through a little better on the face than the proto.
Maybe seeing some more pics will help, but I am now seriously questioning what was an automatic purchase based on the fantastic proto.

either the owner has placed the statue differently on the base compared to the proto.or the placement is completely different..another production change??
