The plaque that is built into the base is 3" x 1.5".

I'm guessing pinch issues or paint issues. Though I'd be very happy if they added the jetpack. I just wish they would have given an indication as to the cause of the delay rather than just say it's delayed.

So there's a video on the SSC site about a light up feature on his chest, was this what the delay was about and did he even have anything like that?

Don't know if thats the reason for delay, but yes, the ESB armor did have that light up feature. Also, even though it wsn't seen onscreen, there's two lights on top of the rangefinder that should blink when the viewfinder is lowered into position.
