The red DD is my favorite followed by the Hulkbuster.

However, with all the excitement of those statues and the faux bronzed pieces, this is the one Bowen piece that has tempted me the most... outside of Thanos of course...

I know, he is a lame character, but that is such a beautiful statue and I love the character design of this guy. Have for years. Another reason I would buy this guy over the aforementioned characters is because unlike those, SideShow will not release him.

Yeah, I like Deathlok too, but waiting to see what happens on aftermarket. Eli, you have the comic? I have a few copies of #1 if interested that I picked up, oh... say ~10-15 years ago. LMK.

When I checked out the SS link, relatively early, they only had 5 left, so I'm thinking they only had 10, maybe 20 to begin with.

Man, I never understand why the item is up for days on the Bowen site and eventually sells out, but when on SS site it sells out immediately. I know some do it for international shipping reasons, but I'm guessing at least helf are domestic orders. Bowen did well by partnering with SS.

I believe because Bowen doesn't ship out of United States....but Sideshow does.. You'll probably get more International buyers for Bowen statues at Sideshow.

I doubt SS gets very many to sell on their site. Probably why they sell out fast.

The yellow DD was a bowen website exclusive so Sideshow got a very limited amount of those too, as did certain other dealers.

i also think bowen releases too much stuff too quickly but they're just so sweet looking...and waiting for SSC to do some of the characters...sometimes you wait so long, it just becomes a let down when it's released.

It's not really a Bowen site exclusive..I read another site has 50 of them. Sideshow had 50 of them. My guess...ES probably at around 500.

i really like the yellow version, unfortunately bowen does not sell to canada, and i missed the ssc order, but got on the WL so hopefully like most pieces it will convert for me.

or if a fellow freak could hook me up. if it turns out they can't keep theirs or think they'll cancel.
