Re: Freeeeeeeeeeedom!

So, here's roughly what the tutorial about printing cloth says.

You need 100% cotton material, bubble jet 2000, freezer paper and an inkjet printer.

You wash the fabric in tepid water. then you soak it when it's still wet in bubble jet. You let it dry and you iron it on the freezer paper. It should stick to the paper and then you can feed it into the printer like a regular paper.

They say you then have to make some trials as to what setting you got to use for the printer as it varies with the different brands, but I've seen some results and it looks really good! :D

so the million dollar question is.....are you up for the challenge? :)

Re: Freeeeeeeeeeedom!

Don't know yet...

I have to buy the ingredients and the size of the surface is, by definition, limited to the printer.

I think that the best way would be to use a professional for better results. I think we should make a commission on who is interested and for what length. Then someone takes this in charge, all those interested paypal him (+ an added fee for shiping) and when he gets the fabric, he dispatches it to everyone.

Two of the sites mentioned earlier are in the US, one is in UK, so, ideally, someone based there should do it.

However, if no one is ready to take this in charge, I'l defintely try my method, plus another, more simple one I've found (without Bubble jet or freezer paper).

I'm all for us doing it this way since I have no clue what I'm doing and right now I have hardly any time on my hands.

Re: Freeeeeeeeeeedom!

Thats great
a couple of questions
when you will have the first sample painted?
Can you match the colours of the face with perseus body?
What about boots and sword case?
Any solutions?
