It'd be interesting if Hank just dropped it, and the series ended with he and Walter sitting across from each other, eating beside the pool.:lol

I am really looking forward to seeing how Hank deals with the revelation that the "monster" he has been chasing for the past few years (and has come to basically fear almost as much as he hates) is in fact his timid, unassuming brother in law with which (he thinks) he has a relatively close relationship. That is some serious **** to come to terms with. :lol

I think Hank will exhibit some Denial at first. He will probably shrug it off as a 'crazy' notion and now that Walt is 'done' as he said hank might not find anything out right away after it ruminates. It's not like he will be able to follow Walt to vamonos pest.

Well, I think that the crisis of conscience is going to lie in whether he believes that his timid, unassuming brother-in-law is really Heisenberg or whether he believes that Heisenberg is really his timid, unassuming brother-in-law.

It's possible, the inscription isn't exactly concrete evidence. But Hank's face implied that he felt otherwise. :lol

I believe in the latter, and that's what I love about stuff like this. The progression is so natural. Breaking Bad is the single best example of a corruption in film other than The Godfather trilogy. At the end of the day, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, but is Walter past the point of no return, and, if not, is Hank willing to forgive him? That being said, I have a hard time believing that Hank is going to bring the law down on Walt at the drop of the hat. Blood is thicker than water, after all (even if just by marriage).:lol

"WW" in a book is hardly concrete evidence, even though he has figured it out. He'll have to get some more dirt on Walt before doing anything. Unless he just flat out accuses him to his face.

Earlier in the series, I thought Hank would eventually be in on it. I mean, a high ranking narc agent in your team would be really handy. I thought Hank would see just what Walt was doing for the family, not really like it, but get it and accept it.

But that window has long since passed. Hank's taken the Heisenberg case personally and he wouldn't turn back now.

imo, the only way this makes sense is for Hank to first check out Walts story of gambling, and the IRS documents along with the people that Sal had to buy off to get the documents etc. I'm sure once he presses these people they'll fold like a house of cards leaving Walt sunk.....

It would be kind of cool, if the second half of this season starts where the first part of the season started and then they did flash backs.

I think LOST ruined flashbacks for everyone.

Nope, its not coming back until the summer. Frankly, that's whole new season to me rather than the second half. A year between for mid season break? Now that's breaking bad :lol

I just saw the complete series about two weeks ago. I have to say that it was entertaining. I would not give the series 10 stars however. Maybe 7 stars.
