I have finally caught up and I am really looking forward to the final few episodes.

I was sad to see that the Character of Mike was killed off, my wife knew Jonathan Banks when she lived in LA many years ago, she told me he was a really nice man.

All caught up :rock

That is one hell of a cliffhanger! Can't wait to see how the next episode goes down in light of what Hank knows :panic:

This show is just spectacular and I'm sure the ending will be talked about for awhile.

I just can't stop thinking about that finale!

My mind is working overtime trying to second guess where they will go with the final 8 episodes.

I mean surely Hank is going to throw the book at Walt so to speak. Now he knows what he knows, surely everything that has happened over the last 5 and a half series will all make sense now? I honestly believe Hank had his suspicions with Walt in the bedroom/lab notes scene. He may have said what he said to Walt in jest, however I think there was an element of seriousness about it. Have his underlying thoughts been confirmed?

Hank is no slouch, he can sniff a rat from a mile off! Surely the extravagant spending of Walt recently will arouse a lot more suspicions now.

I just don't know how Walt is going to lie his way out of this one. I keeping trying to imagine what it is Walt could say to justify having that book without being connected to Gail and Gus.

"Oh, that? You know, it's the funniest thing. I was eating dinner with Skylar, and there was something jabbing me from the side of the booth. I found it lodged between the seat and the wall, and, when I read it, it just clicked. I know, I probably should've turned it in, but, when you're going through the treatments, you start to see things differently; you start to see signs, even when there aren't any. I don't know, it-it was like the words just spoke to me. Right down to the W.W. Ha!"

Yeah, I could see it. Walt's one smooth son of a *****.:lol

I don't know. I just think the fact it says to my other W.W is to much of a coincidence now. Hank aint no fool.

Yeah, that was a hypothetical, but, honestly, if Walt can't smooth it over, I wonder what people think if it was just an anti-climax (I.e. not sure about the journey, but the series ends with Walt and Hank drinking beers next to the pool)? I'd just be curious to see the reactions, if everyone thought it would be an explosive showdown between Walt and [insert character here], and it wound up just being a low key sort of ending.

I honestly don't know how I want it to end. The part that throws everything up in the air right now is the very beginning of episode one, where he is bearded and celebrating his 52nd birthday.

Yeah, that's what everyone's got on their minds. I still can't help but think that Fring's got a thing in the finale. That line in Mexico in the 80's; "we're not in Chile, anymore." Maybe I've just over analyzed, again, but I always thought it was more than just a throwaway line.

I don't see Fring having anything more to do with the show personally.

I just wonder how it can take 5 seasons to course a year in the show, now potentially they are going to course another year in 8 episodes :dunno

Can't wait to see what Vince Gilligan and his team of writers will come up with. The last season will definitely be packed with crazy twists and turns.

Just this second finished the first 8 episodes of season 5 and to say that my mind is blown would be an understatement!

I got into this show late and have to say it's quite easily my favourite show of all time. I started season 1 on Netflix a month and half ago and have been hooked ever since.

Glad to see Bryan Cranston receiving critical acclaim and hats off to the terrific cast. All in all, I cannot wait for the final 8 episodes and hope they continue the show in some capacity in the future...

"Say my name!"
