My favorite part about this? It's how many of you seem upset, or offended about it, and feel the need to attack Morrison. Instead of letting the man have his own opinion.

No kidding... A bit telling, I think.

HAHAHAHA...Grant Morrison, that's hilarious.

But on a serious note, I always thought of Batman as A-Sexual. He is still traumatized by his youth that he doesn't do anyone (maybe his hand). True definition of too busy in his "work" to deal with emotional attachments.

Couldn't have said it better

Man I'd totally be gay for Batman. He's a billionaire!....who never spends anytime at home...

:panic::monkey1

So, you're saying it's not Morrison's opinion that Batman has gay overtones?

I was under the impression that he was attempting to state it as fact. Truth. All of those things that opinion wants to be when it grows up.

A character's sexuality is irrelevant to me, except that a trait like that is definitive. If Batman has ever been homosexual in any story I've read, I didn't notice.

Batman no, Aquaman yes!

I used to tease a coworker who at one time owned a comic book store that all superheros where gay. Imagine a man who's in perfect shape, hair never out of place running around in tights. All kidding aside, who cares?
I'm tired of people trying to make something out of nothing.

Actually, Northstar goes "that way". He's getting married to some other male, Canadian superhero in July, according to Marvel. I've never even heard of him until a few days ago. It's probably just Marvel's attempt at stirring up some controversy in hopes of resurrecting an unpopular character.

northstar has been gay for many years

Not in comic books.

You don't even need art to sell comics if they have gay weddings in them. You could do it all in text and they'd still fly off the shelves.

Dosn't need to be a gay wedding either. Any wedding comic usually sells pretty well, and is almost always crossover city.

Follow up, glad that the USA is getting ready to do away with the concept of gay weddings, and just call them weddings.

Because, you know, they're people too.

Lol. I often wonder what the approximate income of some of you guys are, and then get sad as I realize it's likely much more than me :lol
