I'm actually thinking of doing the same. This thread has some great ideas of how to go about it, especially using different things(bionicles) or 1/6 body mods to make his body with.

Has anyone seen one of these in hand?

It's a Disney Exclusive and 19 inches tall. I was just wondering if I could use the fur to make a custom Chewie as I can't find the Hasbro furry version here in Europe.

I bought the 19 inch Chewie today. Time to skin him! Did anyone ever make a bow caster?
