I just learned that the high-polish finish or "clean" look of the C-3PO bust has been cancelled by SSC because they were unable to reproduce that finish:

I wonder how that's going to translate over to the EX version of this PF. After all, it's the same finish. Right?

I'm worried for those of you that have bought these from a second hand party. If the chroming is an issue then there wont be any replacements from second hand dealers.
