mine didn't come from sideshow they came from belgium.

I had the same issue with the shoulder but on the other side, I managed to pop it back in place with a bit of tinkering.

i think the damage actually adds to the realism of 3PO! Kind of looks like he's properly battle damaged!! I know you want a mint one but i still think it looks cool in the pics Dave!

Yeah, Sideshow requested for pics of 3PO destroyed from a member here. I recommended to him (100 pages back ), that he can still use those parts as accessories for the Chewie PF coming soon.
