I have zero interest in COD anymore. It's the K-mart of action games anymore.

yeah, kinda lost interest in the COD games but will still get it when the price drops considerably. i am really looking forward to Farcry 3 though which is more or less a month away.

dude, i still play cod classic cause its more fun. there r still people playing it! i like that one the best. none of this cheating: perks, killstreaks, arial support, stupid gadgets, secret areas, or any of that bs. youre an american, german, or russian and you get a couple of guns. thats where the real skill is. i dont like games that play games for me. you get all caught up in why the computer didnt kill as many people for you and dumb crap like that with the other ones. killstreaks are for people who want autopilot kills after they get their few in a rows and deathstreaks are for people who suck so bad they need a helping hand to get kills. i feel like these guys who are so damn good wouldnt be so good if you took all that crap completely away.

cod is the same all the time.
bops was bad and others say it was too.
many people feel the way i do.
many people buy COD games because its there in case their friends play.
you choose to read MY comments instead of others which feel the same about the game which i didnt originally say.

again the KDR comment was only due to the failure that is bops. once i played mw3 i was fine.

If you say you don't like COD since whenever you stopped liking it and say you won't buy black ops 2 then don't! You better not change your mind though after it comes out and that's all your friends and everyone you know is talking about it. As for me I've played since the first. I've enjoyed them all. Some more than others. The campaign looks like crap to me for black ops 2 but who knows I might enjoy it. Really buying it for the multiplayer.

Geez, what happened here? Anyways, I've bought every CoD since the first and I'll probably buy every new one as it come out, but it gets less and less exciting each year for me. I was dying to get my hands on MW1. Looked forward to WaW. Got excited again for MW2. Got really hopeful and optimistic about Treyarch for BO. With MW3, it started to get harder for me to care. And now with BO2, I think I'm just buying it out of habit and I don't expect much.

I always enjoy the campaigns, so there's that, but considering how short those are, it doesn't justify a purchase. Gotta hope I'll get into the multiplayer for at least a little while. I can't get into Zombies no matter how much I've tried. Ah well. It's like a tradition now. Pick up my annual CoD November release. I use to scratch my head at all those guys lining up to buy Madden every year and now I'm one of them.

Without sounding like a troll, the fact we are talking about a new call of duty game when the game is days from launch and this thread is only 10 pages long speaks for itself.
This will be the first Cod I will skip this year as it just doesn't grab me anymore.
I long for it to be re done and given its wow factor back that was lost 4 episodes or so ago.
Anyway, have fun playing guys.

I personally think this will be much more fun than the last. MW3 was a terrible terrible game. This is the first Call of Duty I have looked forward to since the 4th game. I don't know if its the zombies or the party games, because I personally don't care about the regular modes or campaign.

picked up a copy yesterday from an independant retailer last nite!
6 copies on ps3 cost us £320.
servers were unavailable to about 12am last night! lots of people already playing this when servers eventually worked! signed up to the elite thing as i was asked but had no problems accessing online features after that! lots of future tech! bit silly when u get hit markers on someones head but they kill you first! AND THE CAMPING ALREADY IS A JOKE!! did about 4 campaign missions as well! and had a quick go on 'transit' zombies
