MP is better than MW2 as theyve fixed the traffic in the air! the skys arent filled with choppers/F-22s continuous airstrikes etc! its more relaxed and more skill is needed! very happy with the MP mode apart from alot of games endin early due to connection problems and havin trouble finding games when im with a party but theye will sort this eventually! campaign i thought was a bit crap- confusing with a lame ending! zombies rules of course but it seems theyve made its so big and difficult so that we struggle to get a rhythm to get the level 40's upwards like previous zombies maps! (without cheatin of course)

is anyone having xbox live connect problems. l rented the game. and when l go to play online l cant connect to one game. never was able to play online. l then popped in the first modern warfare game and worked fine. my router NAT setting is on strict, dont know how to change it. but that never was a problem with the other call of duty games.

Check the online game account thread in here, and plug in the PS3 to the interwebs. Pop in the disc and give it a whirl.

PS3 online gaming is free. Just set up an account on your PS3 if you haven't already. Multiplayer can be accessed from in the game.

Not for PSN. Basic multiplayer is free, but you might have to buy the map packs and stuff. PSN+ gets advanced releases on stuff like that, but I don't think the $$ is worth it.

Picked up Black Ops on Tuesday for hubby for X-mas!! He'll be one happy camper. There is not much to do where he works up in No. Cal, now he will ( that is if he gets enough time off ~ they have been working 7/10s ).

It will cost you your soul. Other than that, nothing to pay on PSN but if you're on Xbox it will cost you more than just your soul.

Despite my hesitation my wife got this for me yesterday. It's pretty fun actually..a huge improvement over MW2. It feels like you are actually earning your kills in this one and not sitting in a corner the entire game. I played about 3 hours and got to rank 15 in multiplayer. Played some hardcore with friends and that is so much better than core...but then we always play hardcore.

Played a little last night. Playing on the setting right before nightmare and it's pretty damn challenging.

The production value though is top notch.

I really enjoyed Multiplayer last night, it took a little while to get into, but I started getting the hang of it after 30mins or so.

As for Zombie mode, what about those Hell Dogs?
