Couldn't disagree with you more, this is a downgrade from blackops 2!
This also is not the same infinity ward since they split up. Glad you enjoy it but if you think this kills the last you must be delusional.

I'm sure most folks have seen games played on a PC and I'm sure most know games do look sweet on a PC. However, there are lots of folks who couldn't give two shakes about how epic games are on a PC. We're console gamers and some folks should really learn to deal with it.

I actually agree with you.
I think my buddy solid has lost his focus and is so hard up on focusing on ULTIMATE graphics and the only way to play. I don't even care about that anymore. Last I checked it's the quality of the game and experience and fun factor that counts. Sure I love great graphics too, but I just don't care about having a game look just a little bit better on my 2 grand gaming PC. I used to, but I opened my eyes too. TO me, graphics on the PS3 and the next gen consoles, will be GOOD ENOUGH, if not GREAT, even if the aren't the most ULTIMATE graphics possible. Can anyone really complain about something looking like God OF War 3, Last OF Us, Beyond Two Souls? I Don't think so.
I don't even think he realizes that he is actually sounding like a troll when he comes on here, and posts a quick comment about amazing PC graphics, then leaves.

I think it's just CoD fatigue. My guess is that the game's ok, but people are getting burned out. We still buy them against our better judgement, but all signs are pointing to this one being the laziest, most samey CoD to date. I think the only reason I can still enjoy these is because of little I play them.

Dam, wish I had pre ordered ghost. Just beat the game on veteran and I though you get a ghost mask but guess not. They go for so much on evil bay

I'm sure you're the majority on that. Only a select group of gamers put graphics at such a high priority. A small percentage I'm sure. Solid Snake just happens to be one of them. I don't think he hurts anything by expressing his feelings about it now and then. Not that you're saying that... If anything, I'm finding his posts funnier and funnier.

Honestly, it's not that bad. It's nothing compared to Modern Warfare 1 and World at War, but I do feel it's better than the last couple of turds that have come out.

Both. I mostly play campaigns, multiplayer not so much but enough to give a fair score.

Also want to make clear that I don't think Ghosts is a bad game per se. It's just kind of the same.

Rorke's mind**** by the enemy reminds me of Mason's mind**** in the BO series, and the taking over of machines theme etc was something I think Woods said in BO2.

Additionally I posted a video about the same scene from MW2 being used. Is that a bad thing? Not really. But sadly it does show how lazy it is. A lot of re-used stuff.

And for graphics, I played on highest settings and it didn't wow me at all. Some textures up close really look quite crap. And I don't know how any sane person can claim this game has perfect graphics when it doesn't even have an FOV slider. It's locked which is a pain in the behind. Game won't boot below 6GB of RAM even though it doesn't need that and it won't run if you run more than one graphics card.

I really hope IW gets the dedicated servers up and running like they said, otherwise this is such an easy pass for me. I played BLOPS2 MP for about 2 hours before I quit it. The lag comp was so terrible and the game was unplayable and no fun whatsoever.

wow are you for real. 1 year ago when we worked together all you told me about was Console sucks console sucks !! now you love consoles. I really don't get you man. hey since your 2k pc collects dust now. can I buy from you ??

Well it is true the graphics are not amazing and seem downgraded from the other games.
But the point is the gameplay is crap nine and offline just terrible and bland.
Trading mine in for battlefield today

Pretty much the same for me, just swap out black ops 1 and put Cod 4 modern warfare at the top of the list.

I think they are waiting on the next gen systems to be released to get the servers up and running. The lag is terrible during some matches I'm in.

The MP was BO2 for the 360 was just fine. You did get some laggy matches at times but for the most part it was smooth sailing. I wore that MP out. I'm hoping Ghosts for the PS4 has the same luck with me.
