Just completed the campaign last night... I hate to be this guy but I had no fun what-so-ever. I know complaining about stuff being over the top in COD is like complaining that there is meat in a triple steak burrito but it truly was obscene this time around. Plus there were barely any missions with Riley...

I haven't even touched the campaign as yet :lol....pretty much what you said is what I was expecting. I played a few rounds of extinction and I've lost all interest in it. Sticking with the MP only.

I just dont get it. With all the money they get how can they not make a decent single player? GTA has both and it doesn't break sales records once a year.

The GTA comparison is a problem because of the development time. I'm sure these developers are capable of making good campaigns, but they just dont have the time to do everything they want. Turn around is so short on CoD games. Maybe once CoD has burned out, Activision will shelve it for a few years and start from scratch again. That's the only scenario I can see them taking the proper amount of time to make a good CoD game again.

I hope they've been working on a completely new series where they can work on a proper campaign without being rushed. But that's probably wishful thinking... not having a deadline. It seems every game is rushed somehow.

Well now there is three developers making Cod so let's see if that helps with more development time and a better product.

I'm not a COD fan. The only one I played was MW2 and I didn't care for it much. That being said, I considered getting the PS4 Prestige edition of this game just because that camera is pretty cool.

It was a mistake to play this after BF4 on the PS4. After next gen BF4, this feels like getting into an ugly time machine. I think I can still have some fun with this. I think. It's different enough from the other shooters, to give me something else. The rez is nice, but in a way, it makes the game uglier. It enables you to see how old and lazy this game is. Textures especially. Atrocious.

I didn't notice anything THAT bad, so it must've been loaded properly. The textures are just low res and old as f#@%. Not much can be done about that.

Anyone on ps3 (that's not getting a ps4) want to sell me their code for the ps4 version? Pm me if interested!

Be careful. You need the code and disc from the Ps3 version. The proceed is redeem your code on Ps3 PSN->Check the Ps4 store( should be mark 10 dollars)-> Download Digital Version-> Then when you start the game a message will appear to insert the Ps3 disc( Don't insert the disc on Ps4 earlier, that could cause some system confusion)
