But we have played it. I don't think it's that much of a stretch to predict what this will be like. Anyone who's played MW2 and had to deal with endless waves of killstreaks can imagine what it's going to be like when even more are active.

Is your definition of a hater anyone who criticizes for any reason..ever. CoD wasn't always a rehash. It just is this year. If you're cool with that, fine but the fact that I and others have issue with it doesn't make us haters. In my case, I'm a disappointed long time fan that sees that Actvisions greed is ruining what was once a brilliant, ground breaking series. It's easy to paint the broad stroke and call everyone haters, but it often doesnt apply.

Nah...my definition of hater is those who keep saying BF3 is the better game. I just get sick of reading these posts on every gaming website or forum that I go too. Perhaps my earlier post wasn't clear enough.

I dont hate any of the games, I'm getting both and I think they are both fun to play.

Perhaps everyone else is right except for you? Just because many people feel a certain way doesnt make them haters, nor does the fact that you are sick of reading something.

lolz...well, it's all a matter of personal opinion. If you agree with me, you agree. If you don't, you don't.

I never said the new killstreaks makes the MW series better, I only said I hope it encourages ppl to play the objective. I like the game cos it's fun to play, that's all.

I see that. but you gotta understand...I 'was' a fan of the franchise (and I assume many of the other "haters" were too). MW2 was a let down, and with the new things they added to black ops it looked really promising. I defended that game because I wanted to like it. BUt when we finally got our hands on it, it was a bigger let down than MW2 because at least MW2 was playable. Black ops was just a broken game from launch and they didnt bother to even fix ____. So as far as I'm concerned im not going to fall for Activisions bull____ any longer. BF series has always been solid and Im sticking by them until they prove other wise.

I'll be getting both too. I'm a big enough shooter fan that I was always going to get both. I'm definitely looking forward to BF a lot more though. I can only hope that the next CoD will be a legitimate sequel. This feels like a hold over year while they get things straightened out after the Infinity Ward fallout. That could've worked out fine TBH, but they had to go killstreak crazy.

Between stackable killstreaks returning(my favorite change in BLOPS) and the support class getting point streaks that continue after death I see matches that have crap flying around the map almost the entire time. It's going to get annoying. I don't care what anyone says. It was pretty overwhelming at times in MW2 with just regular killstreaks.

Well, as mentioned previously, its a personal opinion. I'll accept it if you dont agree with me, likewise I dont have to agree with everybody's opinion.

Yep, I do like Blackops non-stackable killstreaks. To me it was a lot more fun than MW2. Shall see how the support streak goes for MW3, cause it seems that the other two classes dont are not stackable from what we see from the video (I may be wrong).

The assault class is classic MW2 mode. Stackable killstreaks that are all about offense. Attack choppers, predator missiles, ac130s etc. Support class is stackable point streaks that are more team oriented. Uavs, sentry guns, care packages etc. The Specialist class is a totally new thing. You don't get killstreaks, but you gain perks every two kills. Good players can get a good run of kills and end up running all the perks simultaneously effectively making them super soldiers. I don't have an issue with that really.

I can't wait to run specialist. And I don't expect this to be balanced, fair or ultimately fixed game at all. I just expect big kills, and cartoony battles. I'll probably get both BF3 and MW3, but will probably only take BF3 seriously.

That's a wise way to approach it. MW3 is going to be really over the top.

I don't think that's in MW3. Custom emblems at least. There might be some choices for sights.

Thats what I was afraid of. That's the one thing I liked about Black Ops was all the customization. I had a pretty sweet looking batman emblem
