Lol....and the Modern Warfare pre-release buzz continues. Anyone else remember 2's controversy??

MW2's controversy was the ability for the player to shoot innocents in an airport when undercover with a terrorist cell. And the portrayal of the Iranians, or someone, was less-than-rosy.

Black Ops was mean to the Cuba's commie regime ... Castro apparently wasn't too thrilled with his likeness being shot in the head (everyone else was fine with it, though).

Don't care for vid-game sound tracks. I always turn music off and FX up especialy in FPS's. Makes it that extra bit realistic..

For some reason, I'd get a headache playing MW2 for too long. This never happened when I'd play World at War. Didn't happen with Black Ops either. I can tell from the preview graphics, it will bother me again. Something about the way Infinity Ward produces the graphics verses Treyarch. I hated when MW2 had zero gore when you killed a guy, remember the money that would fly out? Hopefully there's some gore. This game also seems to get too boring if you can't throw on some zombies once in a while. I'm still getting it, but I doubt I'll keep it very long.

Solidsnake, you are REALLY siked for this game. Just out of curiosity, I'd like to know why? I know that's a weird question, but assuming you have MW2, what is it about this that has you so excited? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything.

I think it's a bad move too, but it could still be fun. I thought zombies were boring because of the "run in a circle" strategy that always worked. Survival introduces a ton of new gameplay elements..most importantly, the enemy now shoots back.

Another nice thing is that survival uses the multiplayer maps, so there's a bunch of maps t play on. That also means that when a map pack comes out, they'll also be compatible with the survival mode.

I'd imagine it's simply because it's more of the same. Sometimes that isn't a bad thing. I know i'm excited for it. A few more hours of single player to advance the great story they have and a shed load of new MP maps, weapons. What's not to get excited about.

They seriously nerfed noobtubes from MW2. I hear there about as good as they were in Black Ops...so not very. I doubt many will complain about that change.

That is the main issue I wanted gone the most - noobtubing. Nothing worse than just starting a round of SnD and getting blew up straight away.

Yep. We've all felt the sting of the mini nuke. Danger close turned noobtubes into weapons of mass destruction. My personal fav was getting mortared by them in games of domination. A guy camping on the opposite side of the map, lobbing that beast five miles away right onto the flag. They won't be missed.
