Decided on second thoughts that the Hot Toys figure will be enough, need to make sure I can get the other suits being made rather than buying more of the same suit, regardless of how nice it looks.

That's a a shame since the piece looked stellar at the Con when first revealed. The price tag and base probably made many balk at PO'ing it though, and with HT offering an articulated version that looked just as good, cheaper and released already (sold out) probably didn't help this either.

No way to know just how many people Pre-Ordered in those 8 months? Could be something really ridiculous like under a hundred.
They probably figured if no one Pre-Ordered it, chances are they probably weren't gonna sell much more than that?
Safer to just Cancel it.
