You got that right! i hope they are not too blinded by money that they realize they wouldn't be were they are if it wasnt for us fans who spend their hard earned money on their product back when you guys all know there were probably times when you said who needs to eat this month if i can get this statue lol am i right? I hope sideshow really rectifies this as more and more companies are getting licenses from marvel to do statues even in 1/4 scale which was what made them stand out from the competition

For what it's worth, TM did comment on his Rulk statue video, calling them 'promotional' pieces. These are likely the final products.

Not to mention the interest alone sideshow is making from just having our money in their bank and they keep "delaying" the statue to their convenience and no reason is given i know we as collectors would not mind delays if we got s quality product at the end looks like i might have to be sending all my money over to jerry at pop culture shock his prices are very resonable and the pieces are as promised if not he will rectify the problem for example on the eyes of the chun li statue. Maybe im just a little frustrated but i passed on several other collectibles and statues for this!

This is true, they are using an 85% Cocao chocolate which has been tempered. It has a higher melting point to combat summer temps and provides that fantastic gunmetal finish you mentioned and an aroma to die for!

hmm the shield is a big disappointment, I dont know what Sideshow thinking making CAP SHIELD using sticker. other than that, it looks good. I think Im done gambling with POs, better wait for final product & miss out on the EX than keep facing these unpleasant surprises.

Too many switch outs with this piece - had to cut costs somewhere I guess But yea, I'm really interested in seeing the modern shield. I wanted to display the classic shield buuut...not so much anymore. Hopefully in hand it looks better!

The new Spidey com graffiti wall was a decal and looked fine... Don't see the big deal the shield will be smooth and not have paint line ridges to paint around.
