Just saying Andy but how about a shield in the right hand so he looks like he's about to slam someone (redskull) and a rifle or nothing (clenched fist) on the left?
Or a hand holding a scrunched up Hydra symbol torn from a uniform?!?

It might be borderline blasphemy for Andy, but I want to get a right hand shield with his left hand clutching Iron Man's helmet, in theme of Civil War.

Iron Man Chest plate shield (with erratic flashing LED arc reactor so it looks like he's just ripped it off)!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could sculpt. Might take a stab at this zbrush craze. How hard/expensive is it to get a statue sculpted in zbrush printed?

Had some amazing news last night when I was introduced to a very talented sculptor on one of the facebook collector groups and he's kindly agreed to work on a few new custom pieces for various statues, one of which will be this Captain America PFNow we know that fellow freak Luis is making a killer alternate portrait for this PF which I cant wait for...so the only things that I could see added to this piece would be similar to what has already been mentioned so far in this thread. I really like the idea of having Cap holding a war torn flag aloft in his right hand and that'll be one of the first modifications that i'll be getting done. Here are some reference pics that I found on the web
The other idea I was pushing for was to have Cap substitute his EX rifle hand but instead include a hand gun (similar to the one that already comes with the PF inside his holder) this will give you some nice alternate options I think.
What other ideas do you think would work with the right hand that you'd really like to see on this PF?

Hey Luis, might be a while before I've got anything to show...I've just purchased the flag so that will be with me shortly and I've opted for this WWII German MP40 gun as an alternate option for the EX hand https://www.verlindenonline.com/scale-weapons/1-4-mp40-maschinenpistole-german-wwii-item-2544.html
So once these all arrive I will have them sent to my sculptor and then its time to get down and dirty!!!
I'm thinking for the flag, its probably best to have that weathered right? How about partly burnt or synged? Suggestions?

looks great Luis but I think the shield would be facing the other way right? So that you'd be seeing the inside of the shield...would still work though

This I like! To have him gripping the shield as if hes about to propel it at some german soldiers!!! Think this is the way to go as it would also suit the pose too! Great idea Luis
